Customer service at it’s worst … and by the manager ?of all people.Ordered donuts for the girls and their teachers in the drive thru, pulled up to pay and she was holding the bag of donuts so I went to reach for them when she pulled them back and told me my total again; so I simply said what I was just trying to get them out of your hand since you were holding them.I went to hand her a $50 bill and she gave me the most condescending smirk saying we don’t accept $50 bills. To which I was like well okay that’s all I have and she pulled the bag back inside and looked at me and repeated well it’s not my policy we don’t take them. So I pulled around to go inside & pay I only to realize she was the manager so I explained to her I do not appreciate the way she spoke to me and the fact the at they don’t accept $50 bills and should probably have some thing posted which of course she had a smart comment back.Absolutely blown away by the unprofessionalism, sarcasm and lack of customer service ?.Normally I am not one to complain but the utter disrespect and condescending behavior was unacceptable.

For the second time, at about 8:15 pm (they don't close until 11), barely warm coffee and only a couple of types of donuts available and not many of them. Sounds like poorly trained, poorly supervised and maybe just lazy workers. Whoever is in charge better fix their business or it will ultimately close due to incompetence. (And their employees need to wear hair nets.)

Literally no customer service whatsoever if you go inside to order. I’ve been left waiting at the register with no acknowledgement for more than 5 minutes every time I’ve gone to this location :/ very frustrating

Jokes on me for continuing to come here. Every single time I come here I get food that is not fresh! Thanks for the toasted bagel with butter this morning DD! By the way this is what it looked like. It was cold and tasted like it was day old. Obviously you can see there is no butter either. So this is my cold dry bagel. And these are the people who want $15 hour. I’m done with this DD. I’ll go to Panera where I can get a fresh bagel everyday.

A group go there every tues....everything is wonderful except for the old man at the counter. He let's his friends and son cut in line after we have waited...and he is always giving them free coffee and donuts. But the food is always good.

Not happy. Coffee does not taste like the other Dunkin donuts. Furthermore, this is exactly how it was given to me. No napkins were provided to me and I had to wipe the excess spillage of coffee on the rim of the lid and on the cup itself. Has happened a couple of times already. Lastly, no receipt was provided to me.

My daughter and I just had the worst interaction with what is quite easily the worst cashier I’ve ever dealt with in a coffee shop. I won’t post her name because I know the review will be removed. When my daughter walked in and said she would have to wait just a second because I was outside and a phone call this cashier scoffed. I walked in and asked for a medium hot coffee with three cream and one caramel swirl. She says cream and sugar? I said cream and caramel swirl. She then says so no sugar? I noticed that she was smirking the entire time and laughing slightly. And that is when I noticed that she was FaceTiming (with full volume) with the phone face up on the counter so she was distracted not to mention that she didn’t know that a product the company is selling has sugar in it already. I then said well obviously you’re too busy on your phone, so we’re gonna go somewhere else, to which she laughed. My daughter snapped a picture. Terrible, rude, and hurting the company that is paying her paycheck. If management cares about the quality of service they’re offering they should know that this cashier was on duty on January 2 at 2:22 PM.

came in on 2nd of january, woman was on facetime, didn’t mute it and left it face up on counter. not to mention the lack of diligence to complete the bare minimum requirements of her job. short white female w/ medium length brown hair <3 <3

Dunkin' on Dovera Drive in Oviedo is a well managed Dunkin' location that has all of the quality donuts and coffee that you would expect from Dunkin'. The staff here is very pleasant and works hard to make sure that you have everything that you need. Good overall experience coming here.
