I had a work event and called the afternoon before to place an order for 4 dozen assorted donuts and 4 boxes of coffee. I was told there was no need to order ahead and I could stop in the store in the morning to place the order. So that is what I did. I stop into the store at 6:30am to place a to-go order and have my husband pick up in an hour. A young man walks up and doesn’t seem to want to take my order. Then he asks a lady if he can sell me 4 dozen donuts and 3 boxes of coffee. She rudely says, “No. No that’s a special order”. Ok… well it wasn’t yesterday afternoon! So I ask if I can get 3 dozen and again am told NO! I walked out and immediately called a donut shop down the street from my office and they were pleasant and took my order for pickup in an hour.I really do not understand what the issue was. I was there and wanting to pay for items and a sale was refused!My husband and I stop at the Oviedo location every morning, despite our orders being messed up at-least once a week. After this experience, I won’t be spending another penny with this location.
This location needs new staff here.. the associates have no desire to be personal and they seem to not care one bit about how they make the drinks.I’m gonna learn how to make a large cake batter cold brew with espresso from home. ??
I did mobile order and when I pick up my order the cappuccino looks like normal coffee not have any foam on it, and my daughter bought caramel ice coffee and looks like only ice coffee the milk not appear there.

The two ladies on the evening shift are FANTASTIC! They always have my order right with their special touch and do an amazing job with the evening rush! They could definitely use some more help but they have awesome attitudes dealing with the rush and shortage of Dunkin items.
I have been going to this Dunkin Donuts for 2 years every Friday and only one time has the person greeted me with a good morning and wished me to have a good day. Otherwise, they hand me my donuts, scan my phone, and there is no word spoken whatsoever. This is not really a great way to start off my weekend. But I do it for my daughter because it's donut day. If there were a different donut place on the way, that's where I would be going. The donuts aren't even really that great.
I'm not sure what it is but I try to be very pleasant with employees when I'm at the drive thru. It's usually a female named Rachel that is very uninterested in being friendly and is very short and rude. Not only is the customer service terrible the coffee seems to taste burnt.
I had to park in the parking lot after I received my order to leave this review because I was that compelled to do it immediately. I cannot stand the service at this Dunkin Donuts. What a miserable place. The people are flat out rude. I have this same thought every time I leave, but this time it was enough for me because it’s Christmas Eve for goodness sake. Do not put the rudest person in the drive thru!!!! That just seems like common sense. Hide her in the back with the toaster or something. I will avoid this Dunkin Donuts from now on.
In a hurry, this is the Dunkin' for a well made hot coffee, or nice cold Ice coffee instead. Drive-thru is fun, but go inside if you have the time, thier staff is super friendly and courteous. Their donut and muffin selection is huge! Highly recommended.Every one has a bad day, these folks try to put a smile on your face.
The food and latte weren't great. And they charge me twice! I show the lady my text because each time I swipe my card I get notify I let her know she said no the system froze. ??♀️ Now I have to go back to get my money after it's been posted. This is a waste of gas!
