We waited in line st the drive thru for 18 mins only to be told they were out of ice cream and there was no they could do. Then we had to wait another 10 min to go thru the line while employees were outside talking to friends in the drive thru so we couldn't even back up. I will never go to your store again. And you don't even deserve 1 star.
05/30/2022 Ugh sick after eating a cheeseburger @ 1130 pm last night. It was not even warm, but I was fungry ?crew was focused on closing. I run DoorDash and got a request for DQ around same time and declined it because it was for $2.75 so DoorDash increased it to $5.75 and I took it at 11:50, front doors closed when I made it to drive thru window 11:53pm it was closed. I honked and they said they had no such order, sorry. It was for a brownie blizzard…I understand wanting to get off the clock and get home, but the business says open until 12:00 am and when customers call in/ order online or even walk in at 11:59 you take that order then lock the doors at 12:00.So I lost two/fold getting sick and losing my DoorDash order. ?
Tonight my wife and I had a sad experience at this location.The drive through line was very long so my wife went inside. There were a few people waiting for their ice cream orders. The cashier was walking around serving orders. My wife waited at least 10 minutes for her order to be taken. There were friends of the young grill chef Carsen and my wife saw customers waiting for orders make it very clear they knew her. They were yelling across the counter and calling her on their cell phone telling her to get to work. While waiting for her ice cream my wife saw the grill chef give them chicken nuggets, ice cream and mix a drink blue slush with ice cream. Which they were very happy and open about getting for free. As my wife explain what she saw inside I tell her that I saw someone was giving away food from the back door to someone in a yellow pick up truck. It is sad to see the business owner being abused. I wonder how many days a week this business owner is having his profits given away.Also I asked for a cup of ice cream and was given a cone. I have celiac disease but I didnt want to wait any longer for a simple cup of vanilla with dip. If they do that to someone with a serious allergic reaction it could have a life threatening outcome.

Mom and me went today about 1:30. It was great food great and customer service. My mom had boasted about their crispy tenders salad from her little hometown of Mount Vernon ,Ohio. At this DQ I tried the rotisserie chicken and salad. With the homemade hidden Valley Ranch and it was fantastic. The chicken was seasoned perfectly and there was a great amount. It was a fantastic tasting salad and very filling. The young lady that took care of us was great and Customer Service kind and caring. Kudos to whoever cooked the lunch everything was great. We will definitely return very soon. Thanks DQ this is how a restaurant should be ran.
I stopped by the DQ to get my son the Kids meal hot dog. The service was quick and the employee inn the drive through was friendly and helpful.
Had a good time with my friend Joanna are we got to stay outside with her puppy we had a lovely experience

2nd time here. Was in the mood for a banana split but they only had chocolate ice cream. Not the best overall experience.
