Had arguably the best chipotle experience at this location tonight. The staff was super friendly and respectful and gave decent portions; kudos to the staff in the back as well as every ingredient was soooo on point!! My fiancée and I left so happy after a post-workout meal, I wish every location could be like this. Kudos to that night team! Sorry for people who had a bad experience in other reviews, but they must have fixed the problem.
My daughter ordered thru the company app to have a delivery. Received the completely wrong order. She doesn't eat spicy foods, avocado tomatoes so there is no way she ordered that. But that is what she received. The only compensation she was offered was chips and guac. No order replacement or store credit? This is unacceptable!!! She doesn't eat guac! This mistake was not on her part but the person who prepared the order cuz it was obviously mislabeled. Great job Chipotle!
Overall a rude & abrupt team here every time we have visited. Their portions are repeatedly super skimpy! We’ve also had a situation where we were overcharged and tried to resolve (w/mgr or assistant mgr) and was just told over & over again that I was not understanding the receipt and that costs everywhere keep going up and up (so basically deal with it). bottomline, we were overcharged. I felt extremely dismissed; will not ever return to this Chipotle location and certainly won’t recommend to anyone. Winter Springs Chipotle is amazing on all levels! Super friendly team that appreciates their guests! They also always give fair & correct portion sizes & food tastes great & fresh!! They charge correctly too, and you don’t feel like you’re an inconvenience to the team here. Winter Springs location is also incredibly more organized & very clean.
I love Chipotle...but this one was the dirtiest one I've ever been to. I was very surprised because Oviedo restaurants are is very clean and well-kept. To detail my experience, I saw trash and food debris all over the tables and floor. Napkins, rice, lettuce, even liquids not cleaned up off the floor and I had to wipe my table because it was the "cleanest" of them. Please do a better job ensuring the cleaning inside of the business.
Extremely rude employee when I asked to have napkins in the dining room twice. They said they were busy and then told me to eat somewhere else. Along with missing napkins, the dining room looked like trash. The manager had to hear all of this yet never said a word.
If I could give an 0 star, I would.I came into this chipotle on 02/04 at 8:52PM when the closing time is 10 PM with my family of 3. This worker told us multiple times they are LOW on white rice, even though another worker behind them was making the white rice and there was plenty.This worker also said he would have to make the PAID to go orders before he could serve the clients the white rice. SO THE MANAGEMENT DO NOT ATTEND TO THE CUSTOMER IN PERSON BUT ARE WILLING DO ONLY ONLINE ORDERS.There was about 6-7 people behind us by the time we got our brown rice order. We ordered brown ricesince there is NO WHITE RICE. I believe SARAH was the manager and she was cleaning the floor and agreed to the idea not to serve WHITE RICE. The ran out of the lids for our chipotle as well. Our food is not stable to even carry out of chipotle.We paid for our order 9:01PM. I looked back to see if any white rice was given to the customer behind us... and IT WAS being served.Honestly I feel like I was being racially profiled not given equal opportunity as the customer behind or in front of me.If I was running my business like the restraunter (AJ of this oviedo chipotle) does... the business would not last long.
WOW the absolute worst chipotle i’ve ever been to. I don’t eat meat and ordered the new chorizo with no beans. I got pickup and after opening my bowl, there was sour cream all in the guacamole (i did not order sour cream because i hate it) and beans everywhere. There were also multiple chunks of chicken and steak throughout the bowl. Please do better this is so upsetting. The other stuff i can kinda understand but finding meat in a bowl for someone who doesn’t eat it is really not okay.
I give 1 star because I see 0 stars are not an option. Three soft chicken tacos contained a total of 4 nuggets of chicken, refrigerator cold, all 3 mushed together in 1 piece of foil. Worst ever. Please don't offer refunds credit or coupons won't be back to use. Gas station tequitos better deal.
Got a pickup order an hour ago and the rice was so extremely undercooked it was so crunchy with every bite. Literally disgusting. The most raw rice I’ve had in my entire life. I ate it at home so wasn’t able to ask them to remake it.
Service was quick and friendly. Food was as expected from Chipotle. I was glad to see that they didn't skimp out on meat in our burrito bowls. The place was overall clean and inviting, and I appreciate that they have outdoor seating during these pandemic times.
