I would like to say I'm giving 3 stars. Before Sunday (Mother's Day) I would have given 5 stars. There were 4 of us that wanted to eat. We walked in and we're told we couldn't be seated for 20 minutes. No one else was waiting and within my view I could see at least 8 available tables. We couldn't get seated because they were backed up in the kitchen with to go orders is what were told. So I asked if we could be seated and get a drink. The hostess replied no I'm sorry I can't seat you. So people that drive there to eat and tip servers can't even get seated because of to go orders?!?
The Oviedo chilis has been a staple in our city for as long as I can remember and we’re never had many issues with dining here. Our family had dinner yesterday evening after a school event and it was an awesome experience. Our server and the extended staff ALL worked very hard to ensure we had all we needed and our food was acceptable. With how the service world has been in these past two years, last night was a breath of fresh air! Good job chilis Oviedo!

Food was great, service was quicker than expected.
Food is always horrible. I told myself give them one more try maybe they had a few off nights before….nope same as before.This time we ordered a few sirloins. All of them were super tough, fatty and undercooked. Oh well, live and learn.
Ordered take out from chili’s. It was very efficient and staff was super friendly. The food was slightly dry but still super delicious. I will be going back in the near future.
The service was good. The food took a bit longer then normal and by the time we got it was cold. The taste was good but left my fries behind because of the cold.

Came in on super bowl Sunday around 3pm and was instantly seated. Food and fries cooked to perfection and drinks made perfectly. If Matt isn't your bartender than I can't speak for you, but everybody is in good hands.
