Love this place, always really clean inside restaurant AND friendly staff! usually order online for office pick and always fresh and ready upon arrival. Had a small problem with last order and Becca was more than accommodating with replacing order and threw in a free Dr. Pepper!!!

This was our first time at this location and the service was quicker than most. We ordered ahead, and were able to walk right up with everything ready and perfectly accurate. I always enjoy CSC food... I tried their Fancy Nancy this time, and it was quite good.
Something different. Not burgers and fries. But it didn't have anything to rave about either. I would go back. Wish there were rye or pumpernickel or maybe sour dough bread types. Mac n cheese was nothing special in my opinion. My sandwich was Fancy Nancy. Duke's mayo is a southern staple. Menu was confusing but the lady behind the counter taking our order was very helpful and explained everything answering all our questions and hearing our frustration with the menu disorder or jumble. No flow.
I love Chicken Salad Chick as a whole. I worked at the lcoation in lady lake and I come to this location since I live in OrAnge county now. Today while in the drive through the young lady seemed very rushy and rude and I am not used to that type of service here. Then once I receive my food the chicken has some strange taste to it. I tried to call and resolve the issue but after calling 3 times and being hung up on I think it’s best I leave a review. At first I thought maybe it was my bread but after eating my scoop with crackers I realized it was the chicken itself which was really disappointing because I drive 25 minutes both ways to get my chicken salad chick and then to be hung up on over the phone was really upsetting. I hope they can fix whatever issue they are having with the chicken it really does taste strange and I got two different flavors.

Very underwhelming, disappointing and a terrible value...very thin amount of chicken salad with more lettuce n tomatoe then chicken salad on my sandwich. Oh and let's not forget the tablespoon of fruit that's supposed to be a side. With a drink...it was the worst $12 I have spent in a while. Mc Donald's would have been better. I won't be going back bc nothing is more irritating then leaving lunch hungry.
Upon entering the establishment it is very nice and fresh looking. The lady behind the counter explained the menu board and how to pick our sandwich combo. I ordered a Fruity Fran with a side of Mac n cheese. Presentation is fabulous. The little cookie was a pleasant surprise. My sandwich was dry and flavorless. The croissant was not a true flaky buttery croissant. Instead it had the texture of white bread and tasted like white bread. It might have been better if it could be toasted but I was informed they can not toast them. The chicken salad had no flavor. Even the pineapple had mild flavoring. I had no pieces of apple or grapes. The mac n cheese was hot but a tad dry and no flavor. It might be better to have a base chicken salad and then allow the customer to choose their items and create a salad they are craving? To have some rye bread, sourdough or pumpernickel? A few spices like garlic, celery salt and tarragon? I admire a small business that takes the initiative in todays market. Ack the cookie has a bio engineered ingredient????

I always love eating at Chicken Salad Chick, the food is delicious! This time I went with a friend and my 1 year old son. I asked one of the workers who was walking around cleaning tables where I could get a high chair. He offered to get it for me and bring it to our table. That small act of kindness really meant alot to me when my hands were already full. Thank you for making our lunch stress-free and yummy!
