Matt was a wonderful host!!! Great food and atmosphere
It was my first time in BurgerFi I didn’t know what I wanted, neither did my family, however Jaime helped us all out taking his time to understand what each of us wanted he definitely went above and beyond. It was one of the best experiences in customer service I have had in a long time, definitely good food and good people. Highly recommend, will be coming back soon.
I’m giving five stars for one specific experience I had. The young girl with short dark hair and blue streaks truly made my visit exceptional with her genuine positivity and great customer service. You can tell she’s a hard worker and I was impressed! She’s truly an asset to the company and as someone who has worked in the customer service field for over 15 years, I like to recognize the hard working folks who bring a smile to others because the job isn’t easy. My food was fresh and the quality was great, but what truly made the experience special was how attentive and delightful she was. She deserves a raise and a promotion because she’s a keeper!
The customer service from this location was nothing short of amazing! I typically have anxiety when ordering, especially from a place I have yet eaten from, and the cashier with the short, edgy blue hair was very intuitive, could sense my predicament and helped ease my anxiety by recommending some options. She was very kind, patient and professional throughout the experience. It is not everyday someone takes the time to go above and beyond to make sure you don’t feel like “just another customer.” I will definitely be visiting this location again!
The Burger meat was good, but unfortunately the service was so incredibly slow. The fries were so/so. The batter for the Onion Rings is very tasty, but the Onion slices are so HUGE , that the onion was not really cooked. I would prefer smaller onion pieces & then those would have been great! There were no lines, one other family inside & we waited nearly 15 min for 4 burgers...We decided to try the custard/ice cream. What a mistake that was- It took over 20 min to get 3 small servings of ice cream. On the plus side, the staff was friendly (even the ones that don't eat meat) & the dining area is clean and a pretty cool ambiance for a burger joint.
I'm a vegetarian, so I can only say that the Burger made with Beyond is fantastic. My husband (meat eater), however, said it was the best burger he had since In n Out (west coast chain). A high compliment from him... and he even said it may even be better! He loved it so much we took the kids back and had dinner there the same day lol.
This was one of the best burgers I have ever had from a chain restaurant. I also had a red velvet milkshake that was new and amazing.
Best burgers we’ve ever had said my two boys… and they’ve had a lot!
Amazing service from this location. I tried the vegefi burger recommended by our cashier Madison. She brought us our trays and especially made sure we were enjoying our food. Not everyday you get service like that in fast food. Definitely have to visit again, we hope to see Madison again.
I tried the CEO burger and truffle fries on my visit to this restaurant. The burger was juicy, sweet and certainly delicious! I loved the opportunity to taste wagyu beef which I have never had the opportunity to try before and that this restaurant makes it accessible to Americans by putting it into a casual American dish. I thought that was wonderful. It was a delicious burger. The fries were good too, and certainly not what I expected got for truffle fries as they were neither covered in truffle oil nor truffle powder but drizzled heavily with a truffle sort of aioli sauce which was heavy; although delectable with copious amounts of grated Parmesan cheese. I mean, there was so much Parmesan cheese I could have jumped into it like the balls the kids do at Chuck E Cheese and had a good time.I was extremely disappointed at the stocking of the drink machine station (they have one of those computerized machines where one can pick one’s own customized brands of coke products). The problem with these machines is that there is so much variety that owners have to keep so many cartridges in stock that storage can be a problem. I would say that on the day I was there about 60% of the drinks were out of stock. Not sure what was the problem. But naturally the most popular of flavors were out of stock, forcing one to choose the least savory of favors.Other than that disappointment, which should, in an ideal world, be an easy fix, I would recommend the restaurant to you to try and can’t wait to return again.
