Not very clean. Screwed up drink order twice and bartender blamed others.
BJs did not have all items available. Missing all dinner salads, and some dinner sandwiches. Claimed it was because of understaffing for father's day weekend. They knew it was coming as it happens every year. Like most chains, over paid execs and underpaid workers. June 2022 Recommended because there are not many alternatives in the Oviedo area.
Parts of the Kitchen were down due to staff being out, our wait person was new, but having waited myself she did very well being covered up. My spaghetti and meatballs was pretty tasty, enjoyed my birthday brownie. Bar scotch and Red beer pair pretty smooth together. The coffee very big and tasty finale restored 2/3rds sobriety I wasn't driving.
The appetizers and deep dish pizzas are excellent. Great in house beer selection!
Meal wasn’t really cooked to what we asked.. but the waitress was amazing.
Our hostess sat us at the first table that everyone passes around to get to the front door, with a toddler in a high chair. We moved. She also failed to give every single customer that she sat, any silverware. Obviously sitting people down or providing silverware, isn't her focus. Our server was friendly but misinformed us on the menu. I was told that adding a cup of chili to my meal would be $3. I was charged apx $8 for it. When asked after paying my bill, he said it didn't seem accurate and he would talk to his manager. His manager informed him that chili wasn't an acceptable side add on and was a full charge. Then kept the charge on my bill because of him not being informed and advising incorrectly. I didn't make a huge deal of it and paid it, we had to leave. Many times during our meal we ran out of drink, we're waiting for minor requests that were forgotten (like a glass of water) and the restaurant was 3pm on a Saturday afternoon. Not busy and I couldn't really understand why service was lacking. The food was fine. Ultimately we likely won't come back and honestly I'd advise others to avoid. There's simply too many good restaurants to choose from in the area, that do a better job. One other note: the manager was see just hanging around but never went up to any table and checked on their experiences and satisfaction. Seems like it starts from the ground and trickles down.
Very good food. Service is good too.Been a few years since my last visit to any BJ’s restaurant.I had a Nutty Brewnette. A BJ’s American Brown Ale home brew. Thoroughly enjoy it.Ordered their Ribeye medium with a baked potato and Broccoli. It too was good but the just a tad dry.My wife had the Ahi Tuna Salad. She said it was really good. And as a Mother’s Day gift, they gave her a nice glass.Recommend this location highly.
Going out on a Thursday night has it's drawbacks, one being everyone getting an early start on the weekend, and many places being very busy. BJs restaurant is certainly one of the more popular places in that area. Whole we didn't have to wait to be seated, orders took a while to arrive. I must say it was worth the wait, as ours came with free ice cream - courtesy of a Thursday special. The tritips were excellent, and the service great.
The food is delicious and reasonably priced. Highly recommend. Server was fast and Professional. Hostesses need more customer service training.
We had a large group and they accommodated us nicely with a reservation. The food, drinks and service was great for having so many people. Tatiana made the evening special and did fantastic job being our server.
