I really just want whoever is running the show to see this constructive feedback so they can help their employees get better. I am not trying to deter anyone from eating here, as it is just fast food. Even in fast food industry, it pays to show pride for what you do, and this pride was nowhere to be found today. Presentation was really disappointing. As you can see in the photo, the food is covered in sauce fingerprints, which is just not very appetizing. Any time you can see fingerprints on the outside of the box that contains your food that was prepared by a stranger, especially goopy sauce prints, the mind immediately thinks of grime and germs. Zaxby’s manager, I hope this is helpful and pray you can use it to mentor your team.
The restaurant was very clean. The food was on point. I say give they're staff a bonus and raise. They are representing for this location and deserve credit due.
Love the house salad with grilled chicken. Cones with onion crisps and Texas toast...yum.

My wings and coleslaw were great and I'm very picky about my coleslaw. My server Keri was excellent. Store was nice and clean. Great job.
Way overpriced for mini tenders. The tenders look more like nuggets. Watched employee use the bathroom and not wash his hands. It's very dark inside for some reason. I have very small hands you can see for yourself that was one of the bigger ones I got
This was my first ever visit to Zaxby's. Drive through was quick and the woman were very nice and patient with my first order. I ordered a #2 Chicken Tender plate and the food was absolutely delicious. Chicken was hot, juicy and crunchy. Zaxby's sauce was also incredibly delicious and a must try. Fries are fries so if you enjoy fries, they are good. The sweet tea was brewed recently and was very tasty as well. Overall a 9/10 for my first ever visit. 10/10 if it wasn't crinkle cut fries! (Just not my personal favorite)
Not bad chicken but they're sauces are very lacking. Not the best of flavors.
