Absolutely the worst service! First wanted to go into restaurant but it is closed temporarily ..( first sign) so drive Thru only…only 1 car in line so we decided to go ahead how lucky can we be ( second sign) Placed order , reviewed order a few times because cashier was confused! Took our money then we wait for 10+ minutes …3 staff roaming around and we hear about 5 minutes later no buns and need to take out from the freezer! Ordered one burger and a burger meal , no drink or fries were given and when asked she was confused..we asked for a receipt and oh …ran out of cash register paper …forget it!!! Slowest and worst fast food experience! And NO apology , we were the ones stopping them from slacking off !!!
I was visiting a critically ill patient at Advent Hospital, the cashier was kind, fast, got everything right and wished us well, the lady manager said "we'll keep good thoughts and wishes for you". God Bless the whole crew! Our grilled chickens, fries andcold drinks were all we had to eat for 9 hours! DAVE THOMAS WAS SMILING ON US FROM HEAVEN THAT DAY! AND HIS PEOPLE MADE HIM PROUD!!! OLD FASHIONED WENDY'S, WE LOVE YOU!
This location needs a complete rehaul of both management and workers. The manager didn't allow breaks at all on shift (illegal), neither him or their new company that took over Wendy have yet to pay me for my last shift so they take things personal and are petty adults. Ive been waiting months and still haven't received last check. And to top it off some workers vape in the coolers all over the products that are to be made for public consumption.
mobile pickup they warn u, the leave items out. Disorganized employees, three of them asked me about the order, of course they have it, what's included. This guy just put the bag on the counter near me, apologizing when I got his attention I asked is that everything.. he seemed totally insecure and offended that I asked him if the order was complete. His defensive response was "if I put it down there it was complete" OK, we both have copies of the order so I look and see if it's misting two waters bottles. I get them from her second employee who makes sayings also didn't check. Revealing revealing order for the third time I see it's still missing the tea. Now have three drinks I received no drink holder. Pictures of the guy who said the order was complete when it wasn't and appeared to possibly be a trainer. Pictures of the guy who would just throw your order down did not say here's your order hello thank you, the order is complete - when it's not
I like Wendy's for good food, value, and quickness. This store struck out on all three. The order took to long at the drive through, even though I pre-ordered in the app. It came out wrong, they included no napkins, straw, or spoon left out the French Fries. They forgot the dipping sauce. The staff was not friendly. There was yelling amongst the staff, an employee was told to go home. I don't think I'll return to this Wendy's.
Waited in drive thru line for 15 minutes. It was only 9:45pm. No one ever answered the call box. All lights were on. I tried calling them. No answer. There was 6 cars in line. 6 cars left. Terrible for a. restaurant that is supposed to be open until 1 am. At least turn off lights on when closed.
Very unhappy worst restaurant ever. Had a hot honey chicken sandwich was cold and NO hot honey dressing on sandwich . French fries also cold and a couple were not even cooked. Cashiers was very unprofessional using the F bomb and other swear words. Disappointed.
No one was in line for the 5pm rush hour- all I ordered were 4 jr burgers. She made me pull up even tho no one was in line but me and I waited 15 minutes while only one other car came and went behind me. A bit surprised for the wait time is all… it would have been nice if they communicated a longer than normal wait time due to xyz etc… I’m grateful for the workers that do show up though so thank you.
I have been to this Branch three times on all three times I have dealt with very rude staff. If you don't like working then don't work, no one is forcing you. Latest incident staff giving us vocabulary lessons through a drive-thru. What happened to customer service and being polite and good service. I'm never going to this Branch again. I love Wendy's and all other branches are so nice but this branches just has too much attitude.
So I go here because, you know hunger. And I order a Combo number 6 be AWARE that combo number 6 is spicy, contains lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, and well, spicy chicken itself. And I open the package the and see this (as shown in the image) that's upsetting. Of course I was hungry and I did not even bother to complain because I was hungry but that's upsetting, I even added Honey Mustard Sauce just to give it more of a flavor, and it only had one tiny lettuce. I like the food because it taste good but at least put some effort.
