This is the worst Wendy’s I ever visited.Waited 10 min in line. Every person ahead of me experienced a problem.Ordered 2 medium frosty’s. As soon as I placed my order, an argument broke out between the cashier, Shamiya and a customer in line to pick up an order.After that I was handed two small Frosty’s and was told that they were medium.I flagged down a manager and she corrected the order.Great place to watch the action between so called workers and customers.Not going back, EVER!!!!!!!
No one was in line for the 5pm rush hour- all I ordered were 4 jr burgers. She made me pull up even tho no one was in line but me and I waited 15 minutes while only one other car came and went behind me. A bit surprised for the wait time is all… it would have been nice if they communicated a longer than normal wait time due to xyz etc… I’m grateful for the workers that do show up though so thank you.
Walk in. Atheist 7 ppl working that I saw from the counter. All backs turned. Nobody wearing hair nets or a mask.. I waited for a good 3 minutes standing there. I know 3 min.. I should not have to wait 2 min at the most. This Wendy's is wack. You would think it would be more clean with the amount of staff ..
Never go here, there's a better Wendy's right up on Williamson. I made the mistake of trying to get a quick lunch and waited like 10 minutes to receive a burger with a burned bun and cold fries. Why does this location still exist?
The staff decided during a rush was a good time to take breaks. They weren't taking orders in drive thru for over 15 minutes. After I paid, I was told to pull in a parking spot. I waited over 20 minutes for one combo meal. They served 3 other people that were behind me in line first. My fries were ice cold when I got them, like they had been sitting in the bag the 20 minutes it took them to make 1 burger. It doesn't qualify as "fast food" when drive thru service takes 35+ minutes on one person's meal.
The worst Wendy's ever! Pulled up and I was told be right with you. 15 minutes later someone pulled behind me and we waited another 10 minutes.I said, hello. No response the lady behind said maybe we should go to the window. Went to the window and asked are we to order here? He said no at the drive thru. I said, I was told someone would be right with me 25 minutes ago he said, oh well I didn't hear the bell. I said well who told me they would be right with me? He shut the window. I left. I will never go there again.
Getting my food took forever that night it took everybody forever to get their food this particular night. Yes the food was good but it took 20 minutes or more to get it and probably 4 of us got out of our vehicles in the parking lot and walked in there and asked for our food. The Wendy's on Lpga boulevard in Daytona Beach was the same way when I was in there last? The employees at the SR 40 Wendy's were pushing us to the parking lot because of their times. They were erasing the orders because of the times and then they got completely confused with everybody else's order which made a complete mess! If I see Wendy's is busy next time I'll most likely go somewhere else. Total Chaos was caused just to make their order times look good!
I ordered hot honey chicken sandwich it was the worst no cheese no mayo not hardly any honey not spicey at all not happy they were not busy cashier a lady couldn't wait to get us gone to go smoke
Hot n Juicy?? How bout BURNT to a CRISP. Really?? Why wud you even serve this. Both patties are freaking hockey pucks. Disgusting!!!!
We sat 10 minutes in front of the speaker waiting to order. When we got to the window we were told to park and they would bring it out. We waited another 10 minutes. For the most part the order was correct except for dipping sauce. Fries were cold.
