Great food at excellent price

On a Monday we stopped in at 11:30 and ordered just a hamburger fries and two sliders. The waitress was alone for whatever reason that I guess didn't think to call a manager in, there was two people at the bar and two booth filled. She brought their food out as we got there. We were sitting there and she took another booth order that just came in and another person and then filled two more and we still hadn't got our food after 45 minutes. I told her she had 5 minutes and she's said it won't be out! Really! She said well it's not my fault someone called and running late or something. I said that's my our problem but we've been here and other people have their food. I said we're leaving and she says well pay $6 for the beer you ordered. I had iced tea also. We paid the $6 on the table but we never finished our drinks either. We won't be back for a while, The manager is somebody should have been helping until the mysterious person showed up. We always like this place but the last two times has done us in.
Been there twice in the past 3 weeks. Food was good and the drinks were great. Very attentive manager who offered us coupons to try their new breakfast. Manager hustled everywhere. However the bartender was very slow and we had to ask for our drinks 3 times. She was distracted by what I think were maybe employees who were ordering food for take out. She was also on her phone and outside smoking. I felt bad for the manager who was hustling but in these times it’s hard to get good workers.
My family had an amazing lunch & the food was delicious! We have lived in Daytona Beach for 3 years but never tried this place before but it was on point! Can't wait to go back.
$46 worth of food modeled only to be disappointed when we got home. Menu says that pot stickers have 6 per order, we got 3. My salad had 1 piece of "mixed greens." All the lettuce was iceberg. I requested no bacon or tomatoes. A few tomatoes were still in there (good thing I'm not allergic) and not a single avocado. The meals were just thrown together and the chicken was way over seasoned. Extremely dissatisfied and won't be returning.
Our entire experience was a disaster, from walking in to walking out. So when we walked in at 8:35PM on a Saturday, my date & myself were told the "kitchen is closed until 10pm"...So I left and called to ask for a manager, no one ever came to the line. I hung up and called back, this time I got the to go call center I guess? But she was able to reach the store and confirm they were understaffed, and that a cook should be in by 10. Reluctantly we went back, we were quickly seated and that's about it. Everything else took eons. So they were out of straws, gross. When our waiter brought us "bar straws" he was touching them and dropped them right in our cups. Yuck, again. I asked a woman, whom was presumably the manager, for to- go cups, as I saw her offering them to another table. (Our cups arrived dirty) She said "sure, I'll be right back", the next time I saw her she had a to-go cup, it was full of soda that she was drinking, as she at at a table with a couple and began to chit chat. I ended up getting the attention of a random employee walking by for some cups. Lack of customer service and cup situation aside, my buffalo wings tasted like the cook heard BBQ and tried to correct it last minute. They were sweet and sticky but DROWNED in Buffalo sauce. My date ordered a full rack of ribs, they were dry and overcooked. We were barely checked on once our food arrived and we weren't asked about dessert or anything. I wouldn't return here if the food was free.Also, we watched an employee walk out with a to-go cup filled to the rim with beer. Wonder if paying customers are allowed to take the over-priced, watered down drinks they order with them when they leave. Sarcasm, but I'm just saying. How many mistakes can one restaurant make in an hour?Steer clear of this location.
Excellent service but the food was horrible the mashed potatoes were sour and as the picture shows the food was burned
Very disappointed with not a crowed place actually 2 servers to 8 people it took 25 minutes for one glass of tea one glass of water. For two grilled chicken salads it took almost an hour the chicken was cooked too long. You would think with all the worker's that that was there needed something to do they could have cleaned the trash out of the parking lot. Thanks for the great cheese sticks those where awesome!
it was so bad, I wanna give you a zero, but that’s not possible, so I give you a 1.was passively and rudely denied service an hour and a half before closing. specifically by the rude woman bartending (Ginger woman). She said they were closing in 15 minutes even though they’re open till 1 so when we said we’d just leave she celebrated.really unprofessional of this woman, another employee also told us before we could still order food.would not recommend going, save your time! they’ll go out of business eventually if this bartender keeps refusing service ❤️
