Lazy workers, ordered on Uber Eats and it took them an hour to start making my food although the restaurant was dead. Kept great contact with the person delivering my order and they said the same thing, “never have I ever waited this long for an order to be made”. This place is a disgrace, won’t be ordering here again. Workers demand more money yet they get lazier. Makes me sick. Took exactly 1 hour and 10 minutes to complete my delivery.

One of the worst Taco Bells in History. 45 minutes for fast food, employees wotking slow. Orders to slow. Items to slow. Then when u get the order its wrong. Horrible horrible.Someone needs to get this Franchisee out of here. Horrible

Word for word was told “ I hope you do leave a bad review because we’re not doing anything to make your bad experience right” by the so called General manager. It’s pretty disappointing when you have one job in the food service industry and you can’t even get it right, and understandable that mistakes are made everyday but when some light is shed on the subject and instead of making things right, nothing was done about it. In fact not only was nothing done but I was being belittled in the process of trying to fix what they messed up ! 10 out of 10 would not recommend

I made the huge mistake of actually going into the store to order and what I witnessed was sad. The manager was a dictator. There was no communication or camaraderie between staff; it was dark and dismal. No fun or laughter like a workplace should experience. I witnessed the manager chastise an employee for placing food items in the wrong size bag. What she did was remove the items from the bag...THROW THE BAG OUT, then place the items in a smaller bag. Horrible management to say the least. Workers get a huge A plus; manager or supervisor around 12 noon on a workday gets a fail.

Props to the only two people working today at this location. I know it's hard finding help right now but hang in there guys. It took 20 mins for me to get my order from wording to hanging me my food but I didn't care cause I knew they were struggling. Please be kind to people when going to a restaurant. You never know what's going on. They only had two people working today during a lunch rush. To the elderly lady working the drive through you are a rockstar

4 workers running the whole place. I felt sorry for them but I will say they did a great job. Food was good but it took some time to get it. The women's Bathroom needed soap, the drink area and counters needed cleaned. The girl at the register was worthless to the rest of the group - she stood and played with mild sauce packets instead of helping or cleaning stuff up.

Always friendly staff, always quick drive thru line, and this especially being it's a Taco Bell, they will almost always get my order right. Even if they don't, seems like it's in my favor. For instance, I ordered the cheddar chalupa meal and ended up getting like 2 extra chalupas, they had sour cream on them which I do not care for but I was able to easily scoop that off and enjoy the chalupas. I was a little sad to see they got rid of the cheddar chalupa until the nice lady at the drive thru window told me how I can still get them, just by changing a code things with the regular chalupas. Which are still really good. Overall would recommend this Taco Bell, they do a good job.

The food is great at Taco Bell...but wow, the portion sizes have shrunk to a forth of what they used to be.A meat burrito you used to have to hold with 2 hands...now, barely a palm size. Now I know why I don't go to TB anymore.Sad.?

This review is specifically for this location; there is a taco bell closer to my house next to i95 , but it is dirty and terribly run. This Taco Bell is located near winndixe on 40, and they are great . Never mess up my order ;employees are very attentive and pleasant. Best Taco Bell around !!!

It's hard to eat a power menu bowl when the rice has the consistency of crushed marbles. I don't know what the shelf life of cooked rice is but they went above and beyond testing the limits of edible. (It wasn't.)
