Really delightful little place. It's not big, but most hole in the wall gems share that characteristic. The coffee is wonderful and made with such care, and the food is delicious (I don't know how they seasoned their hash browns, but they were tasty!). The proprietors are warm and welcoming and so kind. This is one of those places you really want to succeed because they're doing it the right way. Highly recommend!
We are from Vermont, here to visit family. We stopped for breakfast and absolutely love this restaurant and the owners are very kind and friendly! I recomend this place highly. It is our new favorite restaurant while in the area!!! I usually save a bite for my dog, but not this time....sorry Molly?

You can enjoy inside or outside with the authentic old school cafe feel. Being right on the beach, the ocean breeze and endless horizon view add to the relaxing atmosphere you’re looking for. The cherry on top? The owners! They are so so kind and remember the regular customers, even by just the voice over the phone. If you’re local or just passing through, I very highly recommend Sunny Side Up cafe. You will not be disappointed!

I have been covering the Daytona 500 for 15 years - best breakfast here I’ve ever had. Eggs were delicious, had the corned beef hash and home fries, all cooked to perfection. They supposedly do amazing Cuban sandwiches too.A+ customer service from locals who care about their business and treating their customers right. You could tell from the moment you walked in… look forward to visiting next year and telling more people about them! You won’t be disappointed.

First time this week that we ate at this wonderful little place! The food was absolutely delicious! I had blueberry pancakes and they were huge and just bursting with fresh blueberries! The husband and wife team are friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are happy. Definitely a gem!
Best sweet tea I have found in town. Charming local owners are passionate about serving great food and service! Efficient if in a hurry as well. 2 outside tables with peeks of ocean view. Couple tables inside as well. The cheesesteak is also one of my favs! Looking forward to trying more!
I'm so happy I stopped in! Had the biscuits and gravy. The gravy was homemade with maple sausage, which was different but still very savory, and the biscuits were perfect. Had to grab a blueberry muffin for my munchkin and he really enjoyed it. Will definitely be back.
