Very awkward ordering setup where you have to squeeze in behind people who are getting their order made. Didn't wrap my sub in paper so it exploded in my bag in the short walk to my table. Very small booths and they played obnoxious songs about getting back together with your ex on full volume. I took my food outside since the seat was so uncomfortable and my ears hurt
Very disappointed. Ordered a meatball pro footlong sub. I also ask for it to be cut into 3 pieces and of course no one follows instructions so it was cut in half and I usually get 4 or 5 meatballs on a 1/2 a sub. My 1st half had 5 meatballs on it and the 2nd half has 4 meatballs and that's supposed to be double meat ? I think I was cheated. The 2nd half will be one bite of bread then a few bites of meat followed by 2 bites of bread. Very sad and it will be a while before I go back to Subway. Also I called the Subway store 3 timestore 3 times and let the phone ring probably 20 rings with no answer.
This place is hit or miss, it's subway you know the food is usually quality and taste good. Employees are key. Yesterday I had a terrible Sandwich maker. She was friendly but kept messing up our order , seemed like she wasn't paying attention. But like I said it's subway and 3 minutes from my house so I'll be going back .
Another racist experience this subway is good if you're white
I went into the sub shop about76 8:15 p.m. I ordered a tuna sub. It was very fresh & delicious. Each bin was full of meats, cheeses, & fresh vegetables neatly organized. Every variety of fresh baked bread was available. The cookie tower was packed with every type of yummy cookie!! The girl working had excellent customer service. The shop was very well kept.
Really long wait. Attitudes from everyoneThen they wrap my sandwich up with just the outside wrapper and which leaked through, and actually mixed with the food by the time I went to eat it 10 min later. No napkins in the bag for the mess of a sub either.
Employee was not very friendly. Had to report order a few times. The hoagies here keep getting skimper and skimper for the price

I ordered 2 subs from this store. Having ordered from Subway for over 25 years, the woman who works here is very incompetent. My husband arrived for our subs a couple of minutes early, was told they would be ready in a couple of minutes. The woman was washing the floor, grabbed a bag, never asked our name or the credit card I had used to order the subs. He got nearly all the way home and realized he had been given the wrong order, as he saw cookies on the top. He called me and I suggested he go right back. I called the store to let them know the order was coming back. The girl yelled at me that she could not take the order back, and yelled some more accusing my of stealing someone else's order. She then proceeded to tell me my order had been canceled and I was not charged. I checked my credit card and I had been charged, I then checked with subway and my order was still in. The topping was that I was then told I stole over $45.00 worth of food. The subs are all under 8.00 so it comes to a maximum total of maybe $24.00, and I basically had to toss the subs as I didn't like the ones we got, so we tossed them in the garbage, and now I have to figure out what I can make for dinner. NEVER and I mean go to this store, this woman needs to be fired.
I actually would actually leave 0 stars because of the girl who works there. My husband got there, was told subs not ready yet, he waited a girl was washing the floor, and a guy was in the back making subs. The girl turns around and hands my husband a bag. He hops in the car gets nearly all thw way home, stops at a light realizes this is not our order, calls me, i said take it right back and get our order. After 3 phone calls while he drives back, I got the girl who Yelled at me for takig ANOTHER'S ORDER, and that I cost them 45.00. The 3 subs are 8.00 or less, that is HALF of what she accused my of, FOR HER MISTAKE AND INCOMPETENCE then told me my order was canceled and I would have to re order and pay again. Well the subs were never cancelled according to the subway e mail, and I have been charged for them. The subs were not what I wanted, she told me she could not take them back, so my husband briught them home. I threw out the I think chicken, it is not what I like, and my husband ate half 1 sub tossing the rest. I had no supper that night, and in trying for the last week to get a manager, to explain my issue, no one ever answers the.phoneI have been ordering subway subs for 25 years and I love them. There are only a couple I like, and I always get the same ones. This girl needs to pay for the order I never got, and the one she messed up on. She never asked my husband his name or phone number, just handed him someone else's order, then blamed us. I ended paying for a dinner I never got, and went without dinner that night, I was so upset at being yelled at by an employee over her incompetence. I just retired after owning and working in te hospitality industry. My husband and I owned lodging and a restaurant where we both worked, for over 30 years. I am well aware of customer service, and do not deserve to be yelled at for this girls incompetence.
