Very helpful and sweet staff.The store is also very clean and nicely decorated . Every Starbucks has slightly different size and decorations.
Whoever was working The drive-through on Friday night was super nice And I appreciate it. I had a Little Miss Hap and they made sure to be friendly. there are many Starbucks around that are not like that.They had skull and band pins. Thank you! ;)
The quality has gone down immensely. The staff at this starbucks don't care either. I used to love starbucks but now I avoid it. I make better coffee at home. You will make better coffee with a Mr coffee than you will receive at this starbucks. Why spend your good money when the staff doesn't care about the customer and the quality of their products. America doesn't run on this starbucks!
Been mobile ordering almost daily a tall or grande nitro with extra sweet cream and this is what I get? Not even a full drink and I pay an extra $1.25 for the extra sweet cream. Never had this problem at any other starbucks. ??♀️
I wish I would've got/remembered the girls name at the register, because the first thing you ask is is the drink size! She was very rude & in a rush! They were not busy & I got a small drink when I wanted a large! I've been going to Starbucks for years & am a gold card member. I've never had any issues until the store moved to this new location!Secondly the staff isn't paying any mind to dietary restrictions! Not only was the size of my drink messed up but the label on my cup wasn't red! It clearly said no wip cream! She offered to remake it, but after waiting 20+ minutes, I just took what was made & left! The staff needs to slow down & pay more attention! If I'm going to pay that much money I want it done correctly!
Love this Starbucks + visit all the time but unfortunately there is one barista that seems to have a bad attitude. Upon ordering my favorite drink (Sophia) was highly rude and kinda rushing me as if I was disturbing her talk time with the other employees. She then gave me a disgusting look when I accidentally forgot to add something to my drink order.
Just wanted to give a shout out to this busy location. They are a busy location and all the teammates worked well together to take care of the customers in the drive thru and in the inside. My keto pink drink tasted amazing and my egg bites warm and tasty. Thanks again!!
A nice modern Starbucks with plenty of seating. Baristas are friendly and helpful though there are still some shortages of various items. The bathrooms were pretty unpleasant though, with one bathroom being shut down and the other dirty and without toilet paper. This is at 9am on a weekend too. That costs a star.
We ordered 2 venti hot pistachio lattes and neither had good flavor. They were both bland and weak.
starbucks is usually good, so i decided to come through the drive and my drinks taste chemically and there was barely whip cream to which was flat, and oily. highly upset
