My experience is always been good with this Starbucks the employees are very nice and they make the coffees very fast no complaints prices are a little high but that's always been no problem with Starbucks

Took 30 mins to get my coffee. They weren't even that busy. It's like they care more about the drive thru than customers inside. Wont ever come back to this one.

This Starbucks used an I’ll fitting lid- knowingly- and hot tea spilled all over my hand and car. Drive thru server told me many people have complained about the new lids not fitting. Was given napkins and offered a new cup for me to pour- no new beverage - no comped drink- shame on you Starbucks- last visit ?
Staff is friendly and Starbucks drinks are always good. But don’t go through the drive-through unless you have 20+ minutes to spare. I’ve been here several times and almost always go through the drive-through and it doesn’t matter how many cars are in front of you you’re going to wait a ridiculous amount of time because of the way they run the drive-through. They keep you at the order kiosk until the car at the window has moved on and this slows down the entire line. They do this because they don’t want their timers at the window to reflect how slow the service is. It’s deceitful and very annoying. The first few times I thought it was an anomaly but it has happened enough that I am writing this review.
My husband and I stopped by after dinner one night. I felt so bad because they were close to closing but both of the baristas were very nice. We kept our order simple. I think they appreciated we weren't the type to come in right before closing with a big and/or complex order. Sometimes it's the little things.

Alright its Starbucks so I like it generally. However, I have a huge issue with this drive through startbucks (picture is old). They close alot. They clearly have on going staffing issues and I have to believe the management is bad because if someone stays more than about 3 mo it is a miracle.. like I am surprised we I see the same face at the drive through window. Also, they seem to have issues keeping basic product in stock. Now most of this seems to be related to the staffing based closures.. but seriously they were out of cream on more than one occasion. I have called corporate and have sumbitted email complaints , but it is what it is . When they are open and have staff (and cream) it is a fully functioning as expected Starbucks.
