Love this New York style pizza and bread sticks!!Always quick delivery and warm !! Very polite employees !! We order every Saturday night , never had a problem and always delicious!! Edited: to be fair last time we ordered we were disappointed for 1st time but I let it go as a fluke. Now 2nd time in a row we are disappointed. It was just food last time, this time was food and hour delivery time , app kept saying 2 minutes away then delayed dropping off other orders and this went on for 25 minutes and of course our food was cold . This was our every Saturday for months. Time to switch.
Ordered from here a lot of times never had a problem always had food delivered then ordered tonight pay hang up 15 mins later I get a call back and was told that they can't deliver to me I'm out of there District I'm less then 3 miles from this store.

SO disappointed with every part of my order!!!! Not only did my pizza take 1 hr 25 minutes to arrive, but the entire order was COLD and appeared to have been DROPPED!
On 1-16-22 ordered 2 pizzas,Bread Sticks,2 liter which came out $42 with tax and Delivery fee. Girl shows up with the 2 Pizzas and Bread Sticks. When I ask for the 2 liter she said hold on..... after 7-8 minutes go by I walk outside to see where she was ? Gone. So I call the store which they put me on hold for over 5 minutes and said oh she forgot the soda but she's getting it now. So my family and I start eating and finish our meal surprisingly after 50 mins after getting off the phone with the store I get in my car and head over. Keep in mind I live maybe 3-4 miles from the store. I tipped this Girl $8+ because I thought almost 20% was fare. This girl had the nerve to tell my wife here is $4 the 2 liter is on me. Wait ✋ what! I paid $2.99 for it plus paid over $8 in a tip and your going to keep 50% of the tip and tell me it's on you are you Kidding me. I will never order from here again. But can't say I'm surprised to see the 1 star reviews are almost the same as the 5.
I order a couple of times a week because I work close by. It’s always an easy process using the app and my order is always hot and fresh. It’s not fine dining, but it’s always consistent, hot and fresh. The staff are always friendly and working their hardest.
