Every time I come here for my free burrito due to my birthday -- thanks, Moe's! Always enjoy the employees shouting out "Welcome to Moe's!" whenever a patron enters the establishment. It creates a homey, welcoming atmosphere and entices customers to order food. I always get the Homewrecker Burrito with seasoned adobo chicken, pinto beans, brown rice, pico de gallo, corn, sour cream, cheese, etc. Ever since Moe's introduced the seasoned adobo chicken, the chicken is so much more tasty and flavorful.Also love how Moe's Southwest Grill provides free salsa (from varying spiciness levels) and chips. Most of the time you are not able to get that at other Mexican-based food chains. This is a huge plus.Always very filling and delicious -- I love Moe's. This Moe's location is also close to various other businesses and you are able to enter and exit the plaza with ease. Fun fact: I've been eating Moe's since I was a first-year student at the University of Florida (2010).
Welcome to Moe's! Delicious as always, the tortillas in my nachos were crispy and well salted, the produce was all delicious, as well as their quest and corn pico mix. It's easy to not consider the little things that go into your meal, but they obvious have a knack for detail when it comes to service and food quality at this location. Staff are very friendly and always helpful, the store was clean and the drink machine was well kept which is always a strong make or break for me. Definitely recommend this location to friends and family alike.
There's a lot of ingredients you can put in a burrito. Sauces and things to include. It's just instead of spreading the ingredients out they are in little pockets of 1 ingredient instead of layered. Just not a burrito fan I guess. It is fresh and put together right in front of you and tasted great.
Service here is always friendly and the food here is exceptional, especially with so many more options than some competitors like chipotle. My favorite is definitely the fresh diced jalapenos, and they are happy to give extra of these!

Great variety and ability to customize orders. Portions are very large, food is fresh and tasty. Free chips and salsa are a welcome touch, and the salsa bar is awesome. Ordered on the app and everything was perfect.

Cross contamination, horrible customer service, uncooked tortilla chips, and can’t make an order right to save their life. This location went downhill fast. I’ve been eating Moes Monday at this location since 2018 and this is the worst it’s ever been. Every week they mess up. Bring the old staff back they knew what they were doing! Even the food tastes bad now. Not fresh and I constantly find straw pieces of pinto bean and corn (which I don’t order). Not to mention how filthy the store is. Come on people.
The Moe’s in Ormond Beach deserves zero stars. The staff and manager are misinformed of prices for Moe’s Monday deals. I asked the manager before I ordered if the Grande home wrecker was discounted, he replied that it was $2 cheaper. When I got to the cash register I was made to pay full price, no discount as assured. Not even a free drink after the manager knew he messed up. Nothing wrong with the food, I love Moe’s and will be back just not to the liars they employ in Ormond. Honestly disappointed in the people.
