Food and service are great. This is in a strip front location, the main one is in European Village, Palm Coast. Both are great.
Had dinner with my son.Absolutely great meal.Penne & shrimp. Gravy was really good and nice quantity of shrimp.I would have liked a little more gravy on penne.Generous amount of food.Took some home for dinner following night.I will surely return for another meal.Inside or outside dining.Server was very pleasant.

Ordered pizza, arrived. They bought more food for three, decided to sit down at the table, and they started to drive us away and say that we can't sit at their table. But we bought a lot of food?! Seriously? When ordering, we left a tip. But they came out to us and told us twice to leave or to pay for the table?!!!
Disappointed. Ordered takeout. Waited 1 hour before pickup of eggplant parm sub. Price was higher than usual. Food was overcooked and dry.
Highly impressed with the authenticity of Italian cuisine. I will admit that I was judging the book by the cover because it looks like just your run of the mill plaza pizza spot but how wrong I was! The freshness of the mozzarella on the antipasta was melt in your mouth delicious along with the very detailed array of other ingredients. We ordered the vodka pizza and added ricotta and grilled chicken and it was to die for. The servings are HUGE and the staff is fantastic. Hidden gem right here! Please put one near Ocala.
This is my go-to restaurant for truly wonderful local Italian cuisine. Both here and their location in Palm Coast's European Village offer the same world-class service and delicious menu selections. Although their European Village location is fancier, both establishments bring their A-game. Highly recommended!
Ordered a slice while waiting with a friend to order a huge amount of food for a party and was basically told to leave since my slice was in a to go box. Absolutely rude and have spent a lot of money there for years. I’ll go to Bronx pizza from now on.
Let me start off by saying that this was a random and pleasant surprise. On my way to Atlanta from Pompano, in one of my foul moods, I stopped off to let the Transmission on the newly acquired car to cool off. These little Italian pizzerias dot the off ramps of 95 all the way up and down the coast BUT not all of them will leave you with a good taste in your mouth.Mezzaluna at Halifax plantation had fresh vegetables on the hero, they use cappi, instead of ham like they substitute at a lot of pseudo-Italian pizzerias, and the prices are agreeable.Based off the smiles of the beautiful signorinas behind the counter, coupled with the food, I would recommend this place for any occasion.I look forward to stopping off again in the future to try some of their other goods, which I’m sure will deliver on, based of how far above and beyond they went with a simple hero. - Tutti
Mezzaluna at Halifax is GREAT. Best Italian food anywhere, and not just pizza - the carbonara, calzones, salads, etc. are the BEST. Super friendly staff!
