Worst McDonald’s ever. Rude staff. Warm weak coffee. High prices for less food. The kiosk wasn’t working and several people were upset- I have a receipt for a free small frappe which they would not honor. This is crazy! What on earth has happened to McDonald’s!?!? Two coffee’s, two breakfast sandwiches (2 for $6) a burrito and a hash brown was over $15! Sad!
This McDonald's was 'DIFFERENT', In the GOOD-WAY!The employees were actually very polite and they gave me "napkins"! That was the shocker, as ALL THE MCDONALD'S I've been to since feb.1st would lie and say, they ran out! I've been from Tennessee across the coast to northern California, Nevada, Arizona and back thre Texas, Missouri, Mississippi, Georgia etc.etc. and don't let anyone B.S. you,about it!Just like finding a non-american owned gas station that supplies window washing materials + paper towels! ( They don't exist, TRUST ME, and charge $2.50 for air or water and NEVER CLEAN THE BATHROOMS!( Just stating facts)The old lady at this McDonald's needs an attitude adjustment or a job at Walmart gathering carts, but ya know, there's ALWAYS that one a_sh__e any where you go!Momma said, momma said, one bad apple, can spoil the entire bushel!If ya'll read this, the Ol'man from Tennessee says, THANK YOU, FOR JUST BEING YOU!
I travel a lot and McDonald’s is a frequent stop for us especially if one is close by, kids love McDonald’s. This McDonald’s in Ormond Beach on US 1, has very nice and caring staff very professional from the drive thru all the way to the managers and in store, I really wanted to recongnize them they are phenomenal and I would go back again again because of how amazing they are, they really made my day and I had the best experience at McDonald’s because of them. They are doing the best they can and very hard workers and work long hours. Please be kind to them and don’t take your frustrations out on them they don’t deserve it. Staff was very rude and they messed up my order, approaching the manager about herself and staff mishandling the order and putting there hands through my food, in the drive through and they wanted call the police after the disagreement.... will be calling corporate "they were also upset that I would not pull to the white line in the drive through prior.... is there any food rule or policy that indicates I as the customer needs to comply and pull ahead, how about getting the order right after confirming and repeating it and yet I was told that I was in the wrong?
2 lane drive thru only, person taking orders took 3 orders in the other lane before taking ours, then when I got to window they gave me the wrong order, didn't find out till I got home because she repeated my order back to me.2nd time I've sat at the drive thru while others orders went ahead of us.Try the McDonald's @ Granada and Nova, it's much friendlier, faster, and cleaner

I ordered curbside I’m been sitting out here for 26 minutes, I call the inside and the lady tell me to go to curbside 1 because she have them ready. I said I’m here I have been here for 26 minutes and she rudely says ok ok I bringing them out and hangs up on me. I’m still sitting here and it’s 5 minutes later with no food. I understand that. She came out and went back in no one is in curbside but me and there has been on 3 cars in drive thru. I had to walk to window to get my food and it’s cold. SMH Mcdonalds
Worst service ever!! Wait 15 minutes in drive thru for ONE quarter pounder?? Really?? I used to work there and it only takes 2 1/2 minutes to cook a quarter.. They should have started it at the time the order was taken! Lazy workers! Disgraceful!!
Good food, fast. The line was long but it went fast and the order for 6 people was exact.
