The next time the guy handing the food out at the window turned around and get smart with me after I was nice to him saying you don't have to tell me twice and I said excuse me well he was closing the window he opens the window backup and turns around say what did you say to me I'll come in that restaurant and I'll tell him what I've said to him with a little bit more. I treat people respect and I expect to be treated back with respect and if not I'll have to talk with them
The manager, Barbara is very dismissive and disrespectful. All because after we ordered and sat in the lobby, they decided to close the lobby to any further customers (assuming due to staff- not sure), but some of my family was outside at their vehicles because we just had a long day of traveling. We asked her to let them back in - because she told us not to touch the door. This apparently put her over the edge. She should not work in a customer service role, much the less manage it. My father asked who her boss was as he would like to talk with them and she said we better talk to Jesus because he’s the only one above her. Then said she is sick of “our people” treating “her people” like that. Whoa. Because we are a white family and she is black - we could care less if she was purple. The rest of the staff was great and we got our food quickly!

Then she stated she wasn’t gonna let “our people” treat “their people” bad anymore. Not one thing of race was ever mentioned by us, the only thing mentioned was her inappropriate attitude. Absolutely disgusted.
I'm not sure if this review is isolated to this location because it seems McDonalds as a whole has been in a steady decline, even pre pandemic. On this particular visit, I waited over 10 minutes for 2 happy meals after placing my order. During those 10 minutes, they messed up both orders ahead of me, all the while some lady (presumably a "leader" of some type) was verbally abusing employees. As I looked around it appeared some of their signage was outdated or incorrect, kiosks were not working, beverage bar was down, etc. When I received my 2 meals, one was missing dipping sauces and the apple slices.
Sometimes I take for granted how good this McDonald's is compared to some others around. After getting a hard biscuit with a small dried up chicken on it at the McDonald's on A1A I decided to try again from this one, and got a perfect biscuit and juicy chicken.
The restaurant is clean & the crew is always helpful and considerate.The cashier had trouble taking the order. I ordered: #7 cheeseburger meal. No pickles extra ketchup and onions. Ice coffee.I got:A cokePickles on my burgersCashier wanted to know if I wanted my ice coffee with my meal???bizarre visit.
Well, as you know all fast food restaurants are about the same except one thing which surprises me and that is,the staff is very courteous and also smiles at you.food was nice and hot and tasty.not like most others that the taste was as if it was made and the taste is horrendous.maybe they make the food for a display on their mantel just for an ornament.but at this one I'm Well pleased in both the food and the care they give you.you should go visit and see for yourself and you will see what l mean.a very clean place.
I used to really like this McDonald's until they started cheaping out on absolutely everything :( Be careful when you order something because they will only give you half, and charge you full price. They put half slices of cheese on their sandwiches and charge you EXTRA for a full slice. Definitely not selling what they are advertising, that is stated NO WHERE on the menu. Tried calling when they messed up my order, the number is a fax. Can't talk to anyone. Finally gave up and contacted customer service. I will not be going back to this location.
I wanted something quick, but different to eat on the run. I chose the fish sandwich & small fries & a coke. What a great choice! The fish was cooked perfectly ... the cheese was melted so that it enfolded the fish w/o being too gooey, and the "sauce" complimented it all. What a great change from the usual burger! The fries were cooked perfectly .. not over done. I totally enjoyed this quick grab & go meal. I'll chose this again ...
I mean its McDonald's, there isn't a person alive today that hasn't at least heard of McDonald's and most have probably eaten there, you know what you're getting yourself into eating there. It's good greasy food, oh and their fries are some of the best tasting in the fast food lineup. The staff is real good at this one as well.
