Good food, pleasant atmosphere -had to wait a bit for food I'd ordered ahead, but I wasn't in a hurry and they were apologetic and busy-food was piping hot when I got it! All employees were working very hard, just a small place, but server was doing great despite being so busy. Would def recommend, just not if you're in a hurry!
this is to FAITH who leaves bad reviews about all the restaurants....maybe you should tip the delivery drivers and wait staff. they work hard for those tips. you cant complain about service if your not tipping. they want to work for people who will pay them. DO YOU WORK FOR PEOPLE WHO DONT PAY YOU?
Our first visit was a take home pizza..it was so perfect and actually found the place by turning into the strip accidentally..asked a lady coming out about the pizza there she gave the place a thumbs up so we went home with one.The second visit we invited two friends to join us to eat inside..had a large to share and all had assorted salads..best salad selections and the pizza was a hit with our friends as well. We are sold on our new pizza place. Can't ask for better. The people are great there as well. If you have not ventured out to this location on Granada..please do yourself the favor.
I was in a Garfield kind of mood so I opted for lasagna. It was good. My server was great! Next time I'll try pizza. That seems to be the main fare.
While the pizza ? tastes great and it was freshly made, I did not like my Customer service experience at the cash register, as she looked bothered by my presence and instead of handing me the box (pizza) even though I was 2 feet away she placed the pizza on the counter and moved on to the next task.
Best pizza in town! Friendly staff. Sometimes on a Friday night you have to wait but it’s so good it’s worth the wait! If you have to wait, The staff goes out of their way to make you comfortable. I’ve never dined in, but I am sure they are just as amazing!
Two weeks in a row this place seems to not care anymore last week burnt pizza this week no pepperoni they say they’re a pizza place ha ha if I could give them a zero I would Then they took over an hour to try to correct it terrible service going downhill
DON’T waste your time or money, specially if you’re hungry! I left with No Pizza(paid for one) & Starving! Ordered Margarita pizza, showed up to get it, told No Basil, that they called to see if I still wanted. NO CALL! Said it was ready, rang me up, and it WAS NOT READY! Told her to refund me, not waiting, already waited for an hour. She felt bad and said she was going to tell the owner what happened and that she couldn’t refund me until around 10:00 that night. I missed call from owner next day, he left me RUDE VOICEMAIL asking me why I thought I deserved a full refund because they didn’t have any basil, to call him back. NO APOLOGY! Called him back, RUDE & DEFENSIVE entire time, still NO APOLOGY. I then had to tell him how rude he was and that he should have been calling me to apologize. I told him what happened and his reply was, what do you want me to do, my employee lied to me. I told home he should have called, apologized and offered my pizza to me at no cost. He never really apologized, did offer the pizza, told him to keep it and that I will NEVER come again and I will share my HORRIBLE experience with EVERYONE & anyone who’ll listen.
A year ago, we thought we died and went to heaven finding Mama Mia's Pizza. We had great pizza, 4-5 times! Great tasting sauce and crust. The BEST Greek Salad ever! The last 3 times we went, the pizza was terrible. Today we sent it back and it was just as bad the 2nd ti.e. Can't go back again. Too bad they can't be more consistent.The
Just ordered from there the young girl said 35 minutes so I went to Walmart to waste time. At 35 min I went I was like where’s the pizza she’s like sorry we didn’t have any dough. What!! First if I didn’t have dough u should. Of called me second I don’t believe a Pizza place doesn’t have dough. There’s so much competition with pizza places this is def not good business. The only thing I can say is the owner is a nice guy but I’m sure he doesn’t know what’s going on
