Ordered on the app and paid through it. Picked it up. Came home missing half the order. Required us to show proof. Really? Employee was rude. Got home and one drink still wrong. Every time it's wrong.
Stopped by 30 minutes before close and all they had available was 1 chicken pot pie.Just close earlier if that’s when you want to stop making food.The place is always filthy as well, I won’t be coming back.
Stopped in on Mother’s Day evening about 7:53 PM. SLOW, SLOW SLOW drive through.They said they only had breasts and wings. Tried to order the 12 piece bucket and was told no 12 piece available.Ordered the 8 piece with 2 sides and a spicy chicken sandwich. No biscuits, No Gravy for the mashed potatoes. They did throw in 4 chocolate chip cookies.They would have been better off to close the store than to provide such poor service.We actually ended up with 8 pieces of chicken, not just breast’s and wings.
This location is very good. Prompt service and who doesn’t like KFC. This one is the best service and quick compared to the others in the area. We get KFC at least once every couple of weeks. I hate to cook.
terrible had wings bbq sauce on side and fries! So gross. i’m not eating! this is the second time that I tried this KFC. I love this meal in Pennsylvania I can eat it every day
After ordering, paying and waiting for 25 minutes for my order I approached the counter. The attendant didn't even know what it was I ordered. The chicken was fresh and tasty, though. I know these places are having problems finding workers. But then they should consider not opening indoor seating until they are properly staffed.
Real dirty sticky floors and tables. The kitchen floor was also very nasty. Also my order had to be placed twice as the staff completely forgot.
I'm giving 5 stars even though it took a tiny bit longer to get our food. This is because the drive through was packed and the staff was working their booties off. Honestly, what impressed me was our order wasnt messed up and the staff still offered great customer service.
Ordered food through KFC app. BIG mistake. Placed order at 2 pm to be picked up at 5 thirty. Order was not ready at that time. Staff including mgmt was extremely rude. Would not refund my money. Did not have complete order
Great workers which makes the food taste better to begin with. Super nice worker at the window. Fresh and hot our meal was.
