Nice atmosphere. Food was hot and pretty quick. We got a Terriyaki Bowl, Aloha Burger and Big Island Tacos. They did tell us when we ordered they bring the food out as it is made so not everyone got theirs at the same time. However, we all got our food quickly and we didn't have to wait very long for everyone at the table to have their meal. Yes, we will eat here again!
Great food and great atmosphere! The food can be a bit pricy for what it is, tacos, burgers, fries, and rice bowls that cost between $12-16. Everything is a la carte so if you want fries with your burger, it’s $18 a person. It’s high quality food, and the service is really good though.
Tacos were absolutely awesome! They were actually so good when we had them for lunch we can't back for dinner. The "Killer" was definitely a favorite for me and my gf. She liked it blackened, but I prefer it crispy. Delicious either way. They have plenty of open seating, plus when we came back Friday night they had a band playing live music!
First time here today. My friend was raving about the food and I was not disappointed! I ordered:Kahuna BurgerThe Classic! American Cheese, Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Pickles, Ketchup, Mayo, Mustard. Served on Toasted Brioche.Except I did a lettuce wrap... And a side of plantains.It was delicious! I was delighted by the amount of plantains I received.I will be back later to try other options! ??There was live music, we sat in their outdoor seating, the people were friendly.
Blackened shrimp in the Jimmichurri bowl was delicious. Sister got tacos and loved them too. Will definitely be back again.
Another great meal at Jimmy Hula’s. The Coco Loco shrimp tacos were amazing. The rice bowls are always a good meal as are the other taco options.
Had my first meal at Jimmy Hula’s and I am already dreaming of going back. I ordered three tacos - Pipeline Pork, Street food taco and the Voodoo taco. Each was an experience in and of its own. The flavor combinations were outstanding. These were not your usual everyday tacos. Gun to my head, I would say if the three, the Street Food taco with blackened fish was my favorite but would order each one again. Already planning on my next visit and experiencing another three this week!
I finally decided to try this place, and I am glad I did. Everything was fresh and just as described on the menu. I would have uploaded a picture, but we ate it all, lol! I forget the name of the dish, but the roasted avocado stuffed with tuna poke was amazing, and my boys loved the surf-something burrito with steak, shrimp, and fries. The live music and atmosphere was great too, though a little loud, the singer/guitarist was really good. We will definitely be back
I had two marinated beef tacos and both of them had hard meat. Not sure if I would ever go back and give them another chance.
