What a fun place!! Kona Tiki Bar is has such a good vibe walking in. The high vaulted thatched ceiling and tiki decor really set a mood. The menu has fun/silly names for all the items, along with thorough descriptions. Our table had a “Dear Prudence” lemon and thyme chicken salad, “The Grinder” hamburger pizza, “Kokomo Sliders” of Hawaiian BBQ, and finished with a “You’re Killing Me Smalls” s’mores pizza. All the food was delicious. And there was also live music when we were there. If you are looking for a fun place to gather or for a fun menu, check them out!

Menu choices are amazing. We shared the ahi tuna nachos (the nachos were fried wonton triangles), the black bean and green apple pico de gallo cheddar cheese and avocado hummus dip and chips, and the spinach and artichoke dip. All of them were delicious. The chicken parm sandwich was tasty too. Zen drink with the fresh fruit was tasty. Free valet parking in the back, I parked myself though. The restaurant part is in the front and the big tiki bar area is in the back. We sat in the tiki bar area and as expected for noon in the summer in Florida it was hot in the shade. They have fans and it’s mostly shaded. Servers were very friendly.

Had the tuna poke and blue cheese chicken pizza. Deliciously good n tasty. The pizza was huge about 12” one size. Good enough to easily feed 4. Also had the chicken satay and it was so good.

Kona Tiki Bar (and the adjacent Grind Gastropub) is a wonderful place to eat, drink, and relax in the beautiful Florida weather! We sat in the beautifully decorated and exquisitely themed tiki bar area. Ample fans and shade kept the area cool in the heat of summer. Quick and friendly service! Impressive menu with unique, tropical twists on standard Florida pub fare. Impressive beer menu!We went on an early Wednesday afternoon, so there was no live music, but the stage area was very prominent and artsy! Highly recommended!

I have lived here 4 years and had never visited Grind / Kona. I read a review that sent me there excited for a new place to go. I frequently get fish sandwiches having lived beachside in FL for 20 years and have never had such a bad one. Tiny piece of mahi. Inedible, it was so hard and dry and cost $18.

Breakfast buffet is $17.99 which wasn't a problem if its a good buffet, but there wasn't much of a selection. Im thinking it was Roast beef ??? which was over cooked and very fatty. The Bacon was the best item on the bar. Can't mess up Pancakes unless you put their blueberry top on it, tasteless, water down blueberry mush. The French toast was so hard I may have broke a tooth. The fried chicken had a weird taste. Unsure if it was... Mable or coconut batter ??? Looking around it was also left behind on other people's plates too. Would have like to see some danish or some kind of dessert, but not on this breakfast buffet. The nail in the coffin was that I couldn't get a single glass of mimosa. The waitresses said they only served the bottomless mimosa for $13.00 each. Which made no sense! So I ended up with water. We were very disappointed ? we loved the atmosphere and music.

Love this place

Wasn’t impressed. Limited menu of things I like to eat. Won’t return. Drinks were good. Not great parking

Very unique bar and restaurant. Parking is a challenge unless you use the free valet parking service. Friendly staff although food service was very slow. Food was moderately priced and offers several unique variations of menu items. We had an infant with us. The restaurant has high chairs, although they were not high enough to accommodate m high table seating (this needs to be corrected)

Great atmosphere and the food was very good. Waitress was friendly and quick. Not a ton of magi in my taco but my friends pizza was great.
