One of the best pizza places in Ormond, even though it is a chain. We order there about once a month, usually get delivery. The drivers are always friendly. I'm not a fan of their wings, but everything else is great, especially the pizza. Recommend ordering extra sauce and cheese since they are both high quality and delicious.
I'd probably have given it five stars but I'm a New Yorker so a tough judge of pizza. This was very, very good which is saying a lot for someone who has eaten the best pizza in the world his whole life. The place was clean and comfortable and the staff is terrific.
Was not happy with my food at all. A waist of $22. Steak rolls were over cooked and dry. I ordered hot wings… nothing hot or mild about them. Very flavorless… There was barely any sauce on my wings at all and barley and cheese in my rolls even after asking for them to be extra cheesy. Trashed and waisted. Who eats flavorless food. I really feel like my food was rushed. 1st and last time I will order from this 5 star ever!!!!
I was pleasantly surprised with this pizza! The deluxe was delish and huge! Ready in 10 minutes too. Will definitely order from them again
I like fire star pizza it's consistent it's always good they're about 3 miles from my house and when that pizza gets here it's still too hot to eat it's really really good I will get five stars but I can't The last time they come to my house they didn't come to my house I went to somebody else's house and left my pizza I had to call up and reorder they made it right but I was hungry right then but it's really good pizza and give it a try You're like it
My son introduced me to 5 Star Pizza in Ormond Beach. He used to get all the time while attending college at UF. Initially I was very impressed with the quality and the service. Unfortunately, in the last couple of years someone has changed the recipe for the Pizza. The pizza now has virtually no sauce, and the cheese topping is very salty. Why?? Was this a financial decision?? You had a good product why mess with the recipe?? Occasionally my son still gets his pizza here, but he must request extra sauce. I don’t like negative reviews but maybe this will help. BTW, the service is still great.
Five Star went above and beyond for my son’s kindergarten end of year class party! Every time we order from there the pizza is delivered hot fast and delicious! But this time was extra special for his entire class! I’m so thankful for their exceptional service and consistency! Highly recommend!!
3 weeks ago wonderful delivered! Delightful. Last evening, crust not done & had to crisp pieces in frying pan. $ up as everything.
I usually love them but tonight I ordered 2 pepp pizzas for my mother in laws 90 th party and they were soooo greasy most people couldn't eat it. You go to pick it up and it just sagged. Very messy. I will try again because they are good in taste
I have ordered often from this store and the customer service/delivery is getting bad. I ordered a pizza this evening and I got the notification that the pizza was out for delivery, after 30 mins I called and talked to the manager and he stated that they were busy (Sunday evening 7:45pm) and the driver had other deliveries and the attitude of "who cares". After 40 mins, I called back to get a refund and again, the manager had the attitude of who cares and you will get a refund in 2-3 days. I will order from elsewhere from now on. You lost a loyal customer.
