They work at a snails pace! I'm watching this guy assemble my pickup now 15 mins late and he's going slow and the girls are just whining and then of them even bother to great customers. It's like watching something out of a slow motion scene! The girls need to be fired, they aren't doing any work in our. Just kind of watching the older guy do it. In the older guy needs to be taught to speed up
"John the manager" at this location treating the employees talking down to them and "the manager John" was the one backing up the orders. Learn how to be a help and a light and not talk down to people. I remember Andrea from New Jersey at this location was a sweet lady as well as the staff. Ever since all of them left this location has went to" heck in a hand basket".
Food has always been great but the evening staff need better people skills. Instead of being acknowledged the cashier basically stares at you and waits for you to say something. I don’t want to say what it feels like but it’s happened on more than one occasion. I have owned my own business for close to 30 years and I would hope that someone would speak up if anyone from my establishment acted like this towards a customer.
Great food and great service. My only complaint is the manager, who said her name was Jon, was very chaotic and was stressing out the other employees which also stressed me out. I kind of felt bad for them. There’s such thing as constructive criticism but she was just criticizing when they messed up.
Well, last week I walked in to order and no one greeted me at all. Three employees were there and arguing with each other. But yesterday the 28th I came in and was greeted when I was walking to the register and the cashier was better this time. They made us subs correctly and I was walking out and stuff to check my order and discovered they forgot my mac & cheese. Other than that they were good, better than last time. Good improvement.
Typically my wife and I love Firehouse subs, but not tonight. First bite of both of our sandwiches contained strings of plastic. Then found more throughout the sandwiches. Had to throw them away. Very disappointed.
Went in for lunch and ended up 15 minutes waiting for help to place an order. They are extremely slow. Use to be greeted when you walk in the door they dont even do that. They act like your not there. When I walked in the door there was no one as I waited and waited it got busier and busier. I was waiting for 40 minutes all these orders are being filled and I ordered one sandwich. Not my favorite stop anymore.
Kinda smokey think the hood vents were off. Great food and fair customer service.
Good subs. Lots of variety of subs & sides. Nice shop clean and good service.
