The last 3 times we have gotten doughnuts they have been stale.when this location first opened I went there all the time. They had the freshest ,best dougnuts i have ever had. Not anymore. I was so dissappointed in the doughnuts I had a bacon and cheese sand , On croissant which came out burnt and bacon raw. I dont usually complain,but I think Dunkin Doughnuts should know so maybe they will fix these problems.
Young lady in drive thru was very nice! Convenient and newer location if Double D. Located next to Publix and Bealls Outlet shopping plaza in Ormond by the Sea. Clean .
My brother recently visited from St Louis Missouri which upon us returning him to the airport we stopped for breakfast and coffee.Our Dunkin in Ormond always has great service, friendly staff.. it's clean and the white creme doughnut ? with chocolate over the top.. although I can't ever remember the name of them except it starts with a B..it's also NOT Bavarian cream..bc the are always sold by the time I go..what's super cool I've can place an order for them.. which made my day!On my visit w my brother we sat inside to eat which was actually comfortable and very convenient for us.The only one issue is I don't understand why the Dunkin's don't make creme sticks down South here anywhere.Ohio that same Kreme filled doughnut use the same except ingredients the difference it's oblong and a specialty item .. more expensive however Ohio stores would usually sell out bc they're THE BEST DOUGHNUT IN MY OPINION.. they also have a small limited selection for items such as a sovienior cup or coffee to make at home.
Ordered sour dough bacon and egg sandwich. I had to play where’s the bacon in my sandwich. One piece of bacon is not a bacon sandwich. Disappointed for sure.
Awesome store. Staffed well. Staff is very cordial and efficient. The team should be proud of their customer service.
What a wonderful experience we had tonight. James G is by far THE BEST EMPLOYEE. He went above and beyond for me and my boyfriend. Any company would be lucky to have him. We will be back.
On my way to Flagler Beach, I picked up some coffee and breakfast items. Also a handful of pumpkin munchkins. Long trip to get there. LolDuring the holidays, I try the Holiday blend coffee instead of the usual. So good ! I see several people eating outside and loving the weather.Try the holiday lattes. Peppermint is my favorite. ☕
coffee tastes like didhwater. other DDs have been fine but this one awful
Every single time we been to this location, we have a great experience. The food presentation is on point they always make the coffee exactly how we want it. Leaves us wondering why all the others cant get it right.. they are always polite and read back your order..
This is the only DD location that doesn't have sugar...at least it seems that way. Every time I order extra sugar in my coffee it's void of any sugar. Great location ,just get it together on the sugar.
