These ladies were amazing. Went in to pick up a big order for a charity event. I was having an issue with my Dunkin app(user error) and they took the time to help me so I could pull up my wife's coffee order that I couldn't remember. I didn't catch their names but they were most helpful and as nice as could be. The donuts were a huge hit with all the attendees and made everyone extremely happy.
I liked the new "Holes" offerings. Definitely the same great taste. But, as with everything else, the prices have raised. But, do try the variety pack of them. Delicious. The service was quite quick, as well. Felt strange being apologized to for having to wait for a few minutes. But, from other return customers reactions, fast service seems to be the norm.
Driving on Dunkin. Not one but two during happy hour. 4-6 pm. Bogo
Ignorant staff members! After triple repeating my order at the menu box, my drink was not made at all, after trying to correct it at the window, I was treated very rudely by staff and was then brought the wrong drink and when I tried to correct her mistake again the employee raised her voice to me as I did something wrong. Needless to say I left without the drink…. Here’s the thing…. If you can’t listen, read or follow simple instructions maybe the food industry just isn’t for you. Way to go Dunkin’ outstanding service…..
Doors locked 1.5 hrs early, lights are all on but no employees in sight. Nothing posted on the door or on Google Maps to let customers know why this business is closed. That's bad business.Edit: I spotted one employee hiding in a corner, on her phone while leaving. If you have an employee with enough time to not be working then they have enough time to make simple signage stating the dining room is closed. That's poor management.
So I go every morning at 4am and a girl named savanah I want to say omg that girl is the sweetest very customer oriented girl there. She makes my coffee absolutely perfect everytime. She was working a lot but I haven’t seen her only in weekends so I started just going there on weekends because the other days they would mess it upturn coffee. Good workers deserve praise these days because esp in the food industry no one wants to work. Also I’m on my sons account so it’s act not a young kid giving this review.
I have not had any issues with them fixing my coffee so far, and the staff is very polite. They are very energetic and upbeat in the mornings.
The drinks were not maid the way they were ordered and thee woman working she said her name was jenifer and that she is a manager. Hah what a joke! She was so rude and I will definitely never be going here again
The donuts were burned. Coffee was spilled on the floor. INstead of cleaning it up, the staff put a cone in front of it. My cane and I almost fell from the slick mess. Such a disappointing waste of money.
They didn't have my order ready called it in from the night before but they were did it really quick in the morning
