I really like going to Dunkin it's one of my favorite places to go. But today was different. So my friend and I go through the drive through and order our food. Which is: She gets avocado toast sweet tea and two hash browns. And I get a sausage cheese and egg croissant in a small sweet tea. So they forgot all hash browns and we turned around to go back and get them. So the cook asked me is that dark enough for you. He thought it was funny I myself hl did not. So I ask to speak with the manager. I explained what happened to the manager but she said to me. She explained saying some customers complain about their soggy and that's why he said what he said. I found it racist the way he said it. Because he's start laughing and not only did he laugh he run back to cooking order. But, the drive through cashier just shook his head in discussed with what he said address is Dunkin Donuts 300 South Nova Road in Ormond Beach. As we were driving off she called him out and we left I didn't hear what she said if she said anything to him at all.
I have came to this location a few times at the Ormond beach on Mateo very kind help me all time what I wasn't impressed with is there much older man who constantly yelling at these employees I understand that you have to teach them but yelling to the extreme Please unacceptable professionalism needs to be taught and having a A minor closing the store every night Is insane I don't ever see any adult supervision especially at night time atNight time!

Another poorly managed Dunkin in this town tonight. All listed hours state this establishment is OPEN until 9pm, no designation between drive thru and dining room. I was just kicked out by an employee before even sitting down at 7:58pm because the dining room closes at 8pm yet there other people sitting in the dining room that walked in just before me. This is bad business and a horribly managed establishment.Ps. It is now 8:18 pm and the group that walked in just before me is STILL INSIDE the dining room. SERIOUSLY?! I get kicked out before I can even sit down, a minute after they walk in and these people are allowed to stay as long as they want?! Talk about special treatment. You need better management and staff.
ALWAYS SLOW THRU DRIVE THRU. DRINKS ARE HANDED TO YOU DRIPPING LIQUID AND STICKY CUPS. NO PRIDE IN MAKING A BEVERAGE FOR CUSTOMERS. ONLY CPL OF GREAT EMPLOYEES HERE THE REST ARE CHILDREN WITH NO WORK ETHIC. WILL BE TRYING LPGA LOCATION FROM NOW ON, A FURTHER DRIVE BUT IT CANT BE WORSE THAN HERE!! THE MANAGER SHOULD USE CUSTOMER FEEDBACK TO IMPROVE THEIR STORE
Very long lines and moved slower then I liked.. The cashier was very cheerful and and pleasant and first thing in the morning that's was definitely a plus lol .. I ordered my bagel toasted and it wasn't and my coffee was cold .. the best thing concerning this Dunkin Donuts was the smiling cashier ..
Donuts were a dissapointment. Good thing they took the word donuts out of their name brand. No where near fresh.
Good staff. Always get my coffee just right. And the pup cup for the doggo is the best!
I used the drive thru today and maybe asked 2 questions when the guy got frustrated and said here you talk to him. Every time I go here it's always a long wait and bad attitudes. I don't need to spend $6 for a mediocre coffee. So, I will never go back to this dunkin donuts, that's been a miserable experience for me since 2010.
