I stopped in here for coffee since Starbucks was already closed at 8 p.m. I'm writing this review mainly to give recognition to the employee who took my order. I was so impressed by his quality of customer service that I asked his name. He is Brian and he has the most outstanding customer service skills I have seen in quite some time. His personality is bright and cheerful and he is happy to accommodate. He was happy to be of service, which seems unique these days. It was the end of the evening, closing time and I observed Brian working hard with clean-up etc. I hope his manager will be reading this review and offer this hard working man a raise to recognize him as an asset to this business. I do not know him and this was my first visit at this Dunkin. But I am a business owner and I do recognize how important good employees are to a business. Also, these essential dedicated workers like Brian are not an every day find. What a Gem you are Brian and if your are reading this, never underestimate your value. Manager, show your appreciation for him with some extra $$ on his paycheck if you want to keep him around, as times are hard.
I was here during Bike Week. Had some excellent ice coffee and some awesome breakfast sandwiches. Staff was friendly and was pretty quick for how busy they were.
Great coffee and nice people. The Almond Milk Iced Latte is delish!
The people there are great. Always friendly and very helpful
I walked in to order and had trouble with my DD App. A young female clerk helped me figure out how to order a Monday special and also use my account to accrue points.
Ordered a coffee and they made the wrong one. They kindly fixed it for me but after drinking it something tasted off. About two hours later I got extremely ill which leads me to believe I was served something with bad milk. Really unfortunate because this DD is literally across the street from my house. I will not be returning. Please make sure the ingredients you are serving people are safe!
Dunkin's hash browns are NOT it. They were ambitious, seeming to contain oregano, but that just lent to all the greater a fall. Besides those little ick disks, I also had the chicken bacon croissant. Now, Burger King is my baseline for drive through croissant sandwiches, and if I'm being raw open, and honest, it's kind of my basis for judging all croissants I encounter (however rare that may be). Dunkin's croissant was very obviously larger, but not in an obnoxious, novelty way. It was noticeably drier, but to my delight, that did not detract from the experience. In fact, it felt more home made. The croissant sandwhich was a pleasant delight, but the hash browns were too extra and not crispy.
If I can ever find a Dunkin close by where the employees know which side of the bagel to toast I'll drive past all others to get to it. I swear if I have to eat another bagel with a soft squishy inside and hard as rock outside I'm going to move back to the north where workers are trained well enough to put the bread in the toaster correctly.
This Dunkin' is sincerely trash. I have done mobile order here different times of the day several different times and it is NEVER ready when I come to pick it up over 15 minutes after I ordered it. I have had to come back to get refunds because I couldn't wait another 10 minutes to get what I paid for. Each time the managers do make it a point to try to make it right but I have had enough. The staffing needs to be reevaluated and taught how to work together not just roam around waiting to be told what to do or asked to help. Today, I ordered ahead at 2:30p, literally 1 order of omelet bites and 2 hashbrowns, came in 15 minutes after to 3 workers chatting, 1 car in the parking lot and 2 cars in drive thru. Guess what? My ticket was still sitting on the machine and hadn't even been touched. The young lady did ask if I was waiting on something and proceeded to make my order when I answered. I wanted to speak to a manager and was told that they "don't have one on duty". I'm sorry what? This disorganized of a restaurant and you don't have a manager there at all? Not even a single person with authority. Just 3 young girls that looked like they are fresh out of high school. Had a manager been on duty, this review MIGHT not be here. Seriously, do better. Absolutely horrible. I'd rather spend the extra money at Starbucks for better Quality AND Service.
the young man with the blue hair at the drive thru window today deserves a raise. what a pleasant young man. great customer service and very kimd!
