Terrible staff and service! Waitress Tomeka B was rudeness at it's best! She went above and beyond to make everyone that walked in the door feel unwelcome! Was yelling across the room how they were only taking "take out order" when asked about the hours on website she said "Don't believe the website because nobody is working until 2 am. We close when the manager says we're closed and he said no more eat in." She rung my order up incorrectly and when I brought it back she was super offensive and implied that I made the error. Told me "I know what you ordered I serve it all day." I have NEVER in life experienced such rudeness and disregard from a waitress who depends on tips to have a good shift! The whole crew that was there on 6/10/22 at 1125 pm should be fired! Denny's has been around for years and I have supported this establishment all around the country from the east coast to the west coast! This was by far the absolute worst I have ever been to!

Not from here. Father in hospital down the road. Not from one experience but over 2 weeks of daily orders, this is the BEST Dennys I've been to. From the servers like Carol and Marty to the manager Frank, everyone is cordial and know their jobs. The cooks serve up consistently tasty cuisine and the restaurant is always clean and organized.Whether you're a local or passing through you can relax knowing there's at least one place where you will be satisfied visiting.

The best waitress to have on a Sunday morning her name is Marty. She has the best skills I have ever seen communication skills or 100% and loves her customers at every table that’s why I come here and the food is great because she make’s sure it is great for her tables!❤️❤️Love this place

Food was ok but very expensive. There were only 2 total employees in the front plus I think there was a cook and a busboy who finally came out to clean about 6 tables. The waitress we had was nice and understanding about the fact that I was hungry. I tend to get a bit snippy when I am hungry. If there were enough employees to work the restaurant properly this place would be great. Thanks to the kind waitress who took care of getting us our orders in a timely manner with a smile.

Best experience we have had hands down customer service and food quality over the top everything was fresh and hot plus the young lady kept our drinks full. I recommend for you to go during the dinner time and get ya some breakfast. We did....

Josephine's service was 5 star. Excellent job your 1st night! The food was overall 3 star. T bone steaks slightly overcooked but tender, broccoli luke warm, mashed potato good but small portion, and mozzarella sticks yummyyummy. Manager, I assume, that checked on us, excellent. Thank you beautiful ladies. God-bless you.

Our waitress was amazing! She not only treated us great but we had car trouble after pulling in car would not start. She offered us a jump we were on our way not to many people like that in this world today restored a little faith in man and women kind!!!

Me and my boyfriend were not …at all happy with the service given to us. I don’t want to sound upset but staff were not trained properly and I almost walked out from the host holding a finger up at me to wait and walking away after she stared at me across the restaurant and watched me as I watched her waiting to be seated. Since I waited I bent over and peaked at their zoning (how they section the restaurant for waiters) just because I was curious as someone who also worked in food. Finally we were sat and the host did not even know the name of your waitress and seemed off(possibly high?) everyone seated in the restaurant was upset. The sweet waitress I think her name was Keshia was working a party, couple, us (couple) and another table including more than just her zone. I could tell she was new to waitressing by some habits she had most new people do. But she was obviously exhausted and she was trying her best. The food was okay. Not what it used to be. But the part that hurt me most was when checking out she rung us up and finally my partner asked her why she was the only one actually working. And I will not continue to describe the conversation we had together but, you need to ensure you take time to properly train your employees before throwing them to the wolves. Your business will suffer if you do not take the time to train and prepare your employees. I did not see anyone who looked like they were confident in their actions at all. I am concerned for your employees as even the cook?? I think?? Was more interested in walking out side and hanging out than going to the back and working. He was not even in a uniform. I felt like I was in an episode of bar rescue from the horrid experience. Me and my partner we waiting for a show host to come In and save the day. I do hope you perhaps find manager from another location to work together and train new employees. Or if you’re a corporate location and not franchise based you contact corporate and ask for help getting back on track . As I watched guess leave their tables and walk out.
