outstanding. love the biscuits so much.

One of the worst Cracker Barrel experiences. Our waiter, though nice, was obviously brand new and not well trained. Our food took nearly 45 minutes and was barely edible. The green beans tasted like they had been poured directly out of the can. The dumplings were not cooked all of the way. I had ordered a take out for my husband and it took 20 minutes after we had finished. I'm fairly sure the waiter forgot to even put it in since the first bill her brought didn't have it on it. Now I'm home and have the worst kind of belly pain home and

First of all iced tea usually comes with ice I mean it’s in. The name. It is usually customary to also drop off straws as well not have the customer have to go to kitchen to retrieve them. Also since when do you deliver a glass bottle of root beer to a 5 year old child with the bottle cap still on and it takes two waiters and a trip to the kitchen to get it off? We have not even received our food yet and I’m ready to run. Worst experience in a Cracker Barrel ever. Uggghhh see still no meals 30 minutes.

My waitress charged us 4.99 for our biscuits and brought us not fresh biscuits and only four. The manager was shocked to see this and said this will take mea minute to figure out saying that she charged you for something that was complimentary! Thank you management but our waitress was not customer friendly! Ps. She only brought biscuit after asking 4 times and they we serve not fresh and after our meals ?

I don't like having to say that a business was not it's best. First the staff seemed to in a nonchalant mood. Not the friendly upbeat way most Cracker Barrel restaurants are. I ordered the same plate I usually eat there - salad with grilled chicken and baked potato. Salad was in a much smaller bowl than usual and thus less salad. Also ingredients were not the best. I mentioned to my server than the salad was much skimpier and he answered I know but gave no apologies. I mentioned it to the cashier and she responded that that's how it is everywhere. Maybe everyone was having a bad day and tomorrow will be better

Reliable great food and service.

dinner with my grandsons tonight at Cracker Barrel. Great food choices for the boys and the Wednesday special is my favorite. Katrina was an amazing waitress. One of my favorite places to eat.

Friendly and prompt service on a late Sunday afternoon. We ordered the pot roast, served in an individual pot, and meatloaf dinners with mashed potatoes and vegetables. The green beans were well seasoned and flavorful. Fresh warm biscuits added to the meal.

Don't go to this location while Laura, the shift manager is on duty. Let me explain why. First, I explained to her that we had a party of 13 coming and needed to make a reservation. She refused to do so citing every single member of the party needed to be here already before she would take the reservation. She also mentioned waiting for another staff member to show up in a few minutes. We waited but Laura had a poor attitude with no good customer service skills. We had 4 members already there with 4 more minutes away. She still would not budge. So, we decided to wait for them but just before they arrived, I spoke with another host who said we could have the table now even if 8 of us were here. I thought that was reasonable. But then Laura overheard that conversation and overruled the decision. The manager on duty was informed about Laura's behavior and said he would talk with her. He didn't. Laura made this experience terrible especially since we were having a long-time family reunion. Visitor beware.

I am so very disappointed in the way this Cracker Barrel treated my friends and I. I have NEVER had a Cracker Barrel be so hideous. 2 of us had service dogs along, but since the weather was nice and the one dog wasn’t wearing her vest, we planned to sit at the outdoor eating area on the patio. But it said to see hostess for seating. As soon as the hostess saw the chihuahua (well behaved and contained in a stroller), she promptly said they couldn’t serve us, EVEN on the patio. She never asked if she was a service animal. She saw mine in her vest, and said she could stay. We explained the other was also a service dog, and that we were planning to eat on the patio due to not having the vest for the little dog. The hostess still refused us service. So we went outside to the bench to try and find another place to dine. While on the patio, what did we see? A family seated at a table with a chihuahua running around begging the people for food! It had no harness and was not contained or sitting quietly! My friend went in and pointed this out to the hostess, whose response was “for all we know it’s a service dog”. My friend laughed and goes, “You KNOW mine is, and yet you refuse us!” If I have any choice at all, I will NEVER return to this restaurant or recommend it to anyone. EVER.
