Employees are always rude teenagers or not have no type of consideration . They were out of beans and mild salsa and I decided to leave and one of the employees said see y’all later than. Also anytime going to this chipotle someone always has a terrible attitude as well as out of a certain product. This isn’t the first time we’ve encountered someone rude and something wrong with the food. My rice was not edibale what so ever one time it was barely cooked . I’m tired of giving my money to people who don’t care we all have jobs so just clock in and do yours. I hope management fires all the rude employees and start from scratch because honestly that’s why this chipotle won’t get anymore of my business
Just ordered two burritos via doordash. The food came so quick I was excited that it would be fresh and got. It literally got to our door in under 15mins from ordering. Unfortunately when we took the food out of the bag we instantly knew that we would not be happy. We could feel the cold temperature of the food through the wrapping. After the first few bites it was was clear that it was not just cold from the salsas and sour cream but the meat itself was cold to the point that the tortilla was cold and somewhat hard. The taste was still good but how can you enjoy a cold burrito?? Very disappointed
Going down hill fast. I am a regular. Tonight when I went to get my two bowls. They were out of the chunky mild salsa and Guacomole. They said it was due to morning shift not prepping. Came home with our bowls and the brown rice is hard and under cooked. The steak is red and excessively chewy. Tried calling so they can stop serving but the number is only a computer to place online orders. Will start going elsewhere:
Good food but terrible service. The young lady that assisted me seem to be bothered by simply doing her job. Kept rushing me, eventhough there was no one in line but myself. As a loyal customer, I have accumulated a lot of points and wanted to redeem some. I told her that was my intention to pay with points this made her even more upset for no reasons as I was just trying to get my food just like any other customer. After scanning my QR code she told me I owed close to $10.00 and kept rushing me to pay. I then scanned my QR code and kept looking at the receipt because it didn't look to me that the points were deducted but accordingto her they were. Then a young man that works there, saw that I was confused and proceeded to explain that I needed to scan the second page of the QR codes as well in order to redeem the points. Now why she couldn't do the same, it just blows my mind. If he would've been the person assisting me my experience would've been exceptional. He is truly an asset to the company. Unfortunately, the other young lady is not. I hope no one else gets to experience this kind of terrible service ever but I am afraid that won't be the case.
Delicious and they were working very hard. The large crowd but they were handling it very well and I got delicious food very quickly. The ownership of the company needs to hire more workers and pay them more.
Ordered online for pick up and left to go get. Arrived as order was being put up ready to go. Staff was friendly. Food was nestly packed, good proportion and hot !
It was great food and it was delicious and it was served really quickly. We loved it.
I stopped in to grab a late lunch. The staff greeted me with enthusiasm. My veggie bowl was amazing! The only complaint I had would be, I saw an older male employee screaming at someone (unseen) in the dumpster area, close to where I had parked. He was cursing and yelling very inappropriately. If I had my children with me, I would have left and found lunch somewhere else.
They were slam packed busy and I have to tell you they kept a smile on the whole time. You got to love that! The food was fantastic! And try the hibiscus lemonade you're going to love it!
Was left standing at the order area for over 5 minutes with employees walking by not saying a word to us. Eventually get service and they are out of steak. Say its coming off the grill and gonna be cut, no problem. Step back and wait, then when steaks ready a few minutes later get called up to be served and they used ALL of the rice for online orders in front of me while my tortilla sat on the counter and told it would be 10 or 15 minutes for rice. What a joke.Go to the one at the outlets, much better. Ormond has fallen off
