Waitress was wonderful under a lot of pressure…
I had another delicious sirloin steak done medium with stuffed mashed potatoes and broccoli. My wife had the Quesidella Explosion Salad with grilled chicken and thoroughly enjoyed it. As usual the staff was fast and friendly.UPDATE: The Classic Sirloin still rocks consistently, this time my wife tried the Santa Fe Grilled Chicken salad and loved it. I tried a bite and man was it spicy! That said, I'm a wimp with spicy food. Chef kills it here.
I've had two issues at this location within a month My first time with an issue was April 1st. I went in on a Friday night with 4 other friends & we waited 30 minutes (I worked at the Deland Chili's location for 2 years. So I understand everything!) We ordered our food & the server was amazing! I got my "Queso Burger" & It came out dry as a bone with no Queso! I Ordered this Queso Burger medium rare to Medium well. The Manager on staff was extremely rude about this but I was able to get another meal & had to wait for it as my four friends sat there & eat there food. Good thing we had appetizers!Than Tonight (4/18/2022) My Fiance ordered Chili's through the Chili's website & we had it delivered through door dash. After waiting an hour; not only is my Chicken pasta cold & dry but we're missing 2 things on our order! We're missing our Chips & Salsa & Fried Pickles! Our order got to our house at 11pm & that's right when Chili's locks their doors for the night! So no one is answering the phone! I will update my review in the morning if anything is done about these missing items. I shouldn't have to travel 30 to 45 minutes to the Deland & Orange city Chili's for better service!Here's an update; I called & we were offered a refund for our missing items on the 18th. It took about a week to a week & a half & we received a full refund for our missing items on the 18th. The Manager that I spoke to was really helpful & apologetic about what happened(unlike the Manager on the 1st). My Fiance & I are a little unsure about going back to this location though.
Waited way too long for anyone to even acknowledge me. I ordered an appetizer that came out completely cold. They returned it to the kitchen after my main course was served. No explanation or apology. My drink was not refilled til I was thru eating. Finally a manager made an appearance...some sort of resolution...but extremely frustrating.
Ok so normally I eat at Chilis once a week for lunch.But recently something has happened . In short…. About a month ago I called to do a to go order.The server answered the phone and said they were not taking to go orders….strange but ok.Today I called at 3:15 to do a to go order she put me on hold for 6 min then I hung up and called back 3:22Placed my order arrived at 3:30 server comes out 3 min later with another cars order walked around my big silver truck to deliver …. 4:00 my order still has not come out .I unpack the baby bring her into the restaurant to see me order on the shelf I call into the kitchen the same girl who brought out the other order says she did not see me !!!! I said you walked by me “ oh people just park there “ in front of the # 3 to go parking?????? Very in happy and my food is cold!!!!!
everytime i go here always have to wait 90% of the restaurant is empty, maybe 6 people seated around the bar area. Have to wait 20-30 minutes to be seated. they claim, they have no employees due to covid. maybe they don't pay good idk. once i sat down food and service was ok(free chips and salsa was a plus). if ur hungry and or in a hurry don't come here u will have to wait a while. applebee's and denny's are very close to this location (u can see them) and they have way more employees and typically don't have wait even if its busy

What is the point of having curbside pickup that states “Kick back and relax, we’ll come to you” when I have to sit in my car for 30 minutes only for no one to come out even after checking in.
My husband and I sat down and had drinks at the bar. We were going to dine in and decided to stay at the bar. They were understaffed and this is at the Chili's in Ormond Beach. Everyone was so very nice. The manager was the one waiting on us I don't know his name but he was a young man, I believe 23-years old. He was so very very nice and explained that they were understaffed and we may be there for a while. Our drinks were delicious the meal came out and it was superb. Everyone was so very nice. This man, the manager and another man that was working in the bar area, their hospitality was so wonderful they need to be commended I never saw two men move as fast as these two and I told them both, because they were young, that I was so proud of them. These two men took care of the whole inside bar area and I've never seen two young men work as fast as they did in preparing everything and had time to joke around with us. I wish I had both of their names. I found out at the end that the one manager was supposed to leave at 3:00 and it was around 8:00 I believe that he actually left. I commend these two gentlemen and I hope that Chili's will appreciate the hard work they did. It is Sunday evening. Thank you.
I Dined in with my children, food was fine, but no staff only 1 cook so limited menu options, waitress was nice and on top of everything.
