Better bring your own ketchup with you. 3 times in a row now we’ve came here and got food the ketchup dispenser was empty and when you ask for packets they only give you 2-3 packets. Now let’s be real here, those little packets have more loose separated vinegar in them than the product itself. As an adult, with a large fry I don’t quite think that 2 or 3 little ketchup packs is going to be sufficient. Step it up and at least give enough ketchup and sauces to saturate at least a portion of the food you’ve ordered. Might just stop coming here altogether but that doesn’t matter to these super conglomerate fast food places bc they’ve got their talons stuck so far into society with the convenience factor of not having to prepare food at home 1 family or 1 person doesn’t make a difference. 1 little family, 1 little review makes no difference but hopefully now you know to bring your own condiments or just do drive thru instead.
No ajus dipping sauce with French dip??Requested fresh nuggets and they gave me cold hard crusty bits..?? Really?? And they want to raise prices for this kind of service??
I used the drive thru to order lunch today. The employee who took our order was friendly and patient, and knowledgeable of the menu when we asked about different items. We had a large order and even though it was the lunch rush (there were multiple cars ahead and behind us), we didn’t wait more than 5 minutes in the time it took to order, pay and receive our food. The food was delicious, filling, and the staff at this location were fast and efficient.
Really really slow slow poor service. I entered was not acknowledged, then I got the attention of one person. I told them all I wanted, the order one fry and one drink for pickup.. went to the restroom, well the second restroom cuz the men's room was out of order I assume they'll be enough time to hand me a cup and put the fries and I could see where they are already ready in a bag but it was not.I returned the counter it seems there's six or seven people working one or two crossed in front of me but I'm ignored.. I didn't get the attention of a second person and I tell them all I need is a fry and a drink.. I wait several more minutes I can see the fries are there people are walking workers I guess I think they're working they're walking past there and they have Uniforms on but they can't handle giving me a fry and a drink so I walked out just cancel the order
Good food at great prices. You can get a lot of food for a little nothing here. They mail out coupons and you can get some good deals with them. Awesome food.
My husband and I ate here on Monday 3/14/22 an hour after eating both of us started vomiting and diarrhea. Food poisoning. I’ve talked to other in the area and they’ve had the same problem after eating here.
Food was their and the fries were actually hot. Good place to go when on a hurry. Service was quick
For an Arby's this one takes the cake. Clean, efficient, and friendly staff. Dine in and drive through are both fast and accurate.
The employees who work here are very nice and offer great service, yes, on every vist. ?P.s My favorite choice is the smokehouse brisket w /curly fries ?..
