A group of us tend to either go to Agave 2 either on Wednesdays for ribs or Fridays for fajitas.... oh did I mention 2 for 1 margaritas.It can be busy with some delays in service but when your enjoying the conversation and dtinks you really don't need to worry. The food is always worth a little wait.Stop in for a meal and you'll become a regular.
3:00 on a Saturday afternoon. Only 2 other people in the restaurant and the waiter took his sweet time coming over. I ordered a drink that the menu says could be served frozen or on the rocks. Waiter tells me they don't do it frozen. Strike 1. Ordered the food and while we were waiting, tried to get the waiters attention to bring some more salsa and chips but he was too busy having a conversation with another customer who I guess was his friend. Seemed like I was bothering him to actually do his job. Strike 2. Food came and it was terrible. Worst Mexican food in the area. Strike 3. 1st time and last time here. We packed up the food since we paid for it, but will toss it when we get home. Try ANY other Mexican place in the area before wasting your time here. Anyone here saying the food is good has no idea what good food is.

This is my fave! Little place that is so unassuming from the street, yet the ambiance inside is adorable. Feels like you are in Mexico. Prices are reasonable and the food is quite authentic. The drinks don't taste like the syrup you get at the chains and they are made fresh at the bar. I go here whenever I am in town. Keep the big chains...this place rocks.
We were a party of six. The booths were not very accommodating for our group size. Even though we arrived after they had closed the dining area with tables and chairs they opened up a small area of that room for us so we had almost a private dining room. The food was excellent, as always, and the service was great. We visit this area two or three times a year during the winter months and always look forward to a meal that Agave while we're in town.

Amazing food…real Mexican! I had the Tacos de Alambre! It was delicious, fresh, and flavorable! The portion was large and was great the next day! ?Thank you for a great dining experience!
