Certainly the best restaurant I have ever been to. We’re in town driving through, and a friend of mine recommended the place to us. Of course, me being the slightly extra person I am when it comes to food, we got there 5 minutes before they opened. We walked in right at 4:00pm and was greeted by Michele. She asked if we had reservations, said we didn’t, and she sat us down. She was so great to talk to explained the items we questioned about on the menu very well. She also said it was just her & her husband, and they make everything from scratch every day. SHE WAS NOT LYING! You could taste the authenticity in all of their food, the bread and dips were SO GOOD (Warning: bread comes out very very hot, so just remember)! Me and my wife finished the bread along the whole time sitting there, I got the Roaster Lamb Pide and my wife got the Lamb Sis Kebab! Both of them were 12/10! This is now our new favorite restaurant, sadly we live 600 miles away so we will certainly be coming back here anytime we are back in the Orlando area for sure!

We’ve been raving fans of Zeytin Turkish Cuisine for years. We found them on Uber Eats in 2019. And last Friday, 5/13/2022, we visited the restaurant for the first time in person. They are also now open for dine-in eating by reservation ONLY. You will need to call them a few days ahead of going because they have limited seating. But let me tell you friends, it is 100% worth it. Michelle and the team at Zeytin have the BEST Turkish food in the area. And yes, I’ve been to the other Turkish places too.The food is sublime and the service is fantastic! Make the time, plan a date, and get there. You will not be disappointed!

5-star food and service! My new favorite Turkish place, and I’ve tried many! The delicious lentil soup, most addictive best bread ever, and mouthwatering rice are enough for an unforgettable meal in themselves!!! All natural/ organic and truly from scratch. Cozy and pleasant interior. Service is impeccable and she is a sweetheart. What a find!

Pros1. Authentic, clean restaurant2. Exceptional customer service by owner Michel.3. The food was beautiful, everything was balanced, FRESH, authentic Turkish cuisine.4. The service was fast and efficient.5. Great price point for the quality and quantity of the food.Cons1. No cons, please listen to all the great reviews this place is worth your visit.Things to be aware of1. This is a mom and pop restaurant run by Michele and her wonderful husband in the kitchen. Reservations are needed!Overall this is one of the best experiences I have had in a restaurant here in orlando. They treat you like family, you really get one on one treatment due to them only having five tables. The food is exceptional with organic, well prepared though out dishes. I would 100% recommended this place to any of my friends and family.

We had a great dinner today with the whole family. We felt at home and Michelle was an excellent hostess. I don't know when we come back to Florida but if, we will come see you again. Thank you very much for the turkish hospitality.

We had a great meal at Zeytin. Lots of good selections on the menu. Friendly service at this family-run restaurant. Lamb dishes and starters are excellent.

Absolutely Phenomenal!! Wow wow wow this couple knocked it out of the park! Not to mention the attention to the customer ! Michele was super considerate and knowledgeable.. as it being my first time there I was truly blown away. The Husband in the back opens later at 4 because he preps everything each day! And according to her very little food from the last day over. If you want a home cooked from Scratch authentic Turkish food (went with an Albanian) then stop by here ! Also during this time they are only doing reservations (we just got there exactly at 4 so we didn’t need to make reserv but will next time !) Michele was also super kind to bring extra goodies and treats for us along with our order! (Very happy for the Backlava sampler as a whole one would’ve taken me out) In our order:-Bread (must) with Baba Ganoush dip (came with extra treat , the Eggplant)-Red lentil soup (tastes like a hint of lemon but no lemon in it but comes with one just in case)-Turkish Tea (OMG) ?-Turkish Coffee (WOW)-Moussaka [enough for 2 to split]As my first time I’m glad with my order and left feeling ‘just right’The ambiance is quaint and traditional, and very colorful. I truly felt the breeze on my face as if I was in Turkey as I sipped the Turkish tea .ABSOLUTELY coming back here again and telling everyone about it !P.S - According to a friend this beats Bosphorus!

This place is wonderful to eat at! The waitress is awesome. She and her husband own the business and work by themselves. The food is amazing. Definitely recommend everything in the photos.

Food was DELICIOUS!! We we're driving by and decided to stop by, even though I didn't have a reservation, Michelle took care of us! Service was amazing :) always checking in with us making sure we were okay and refilling our drinks. The serving size were good, we were stuffed! Loved the little side items the chef would sent on the side :) specially for someone who is not familiar with the dishes, it's really thoughtful. The beers Casa Blanca and Efes were really good! Pictures are the lamb Adana Kebap and kunefe

Delicious Turkish Food and great service. We travel quite a bit and each state that we go to, we try to visit a Turkish restaurant. Thanks for turning our nightmare experience from night before at Lale to delightful, joyful ending at Zeytin. And one quick suggestion, bread with meal and tea after the meal usually come without an extra charge. Most Turkish places make their own bread and serve it with the order or even have complementary 1 side meze with the bread as soon as seating their guests. Either way we loved your restaurant and food. Thanks again!
