Normally everything is hot and full order is there. Today the young lady had me wait for awhile in the drive thru then I placed the order for 20 pieces I should have specified that it was the family meal. Normally the cashier will ask, she didn't and im glad I checked my order before leaving. Only chicken for $26.00 well I needed the bread and fries, I was charged another $9.00 I said ok because I was not specific when I placed the order. The young lady was nice but I think she is new. My complaint the fries were cold. Not enough bread ? ? not happy with this trip to Zaxbys.
This drive thru is a hit or miss. Many nights it is ok, but there are some nights, a certain crew is working and the line gets so long and the food is terrible! Just look at this dry, extra crispy and stale chicken! I couldn't even eat. I actually needed to throw up the portion I ate because it made my stomach turn so fast! Sometimes I don't have an issue with this location, but something needs to be done with staffing and food quality.
they deleted my review where i posted a picture of how a blonde hair was baked into one of my cookies. so i’m posting again. this is the worst zaxby’s i’ve ever been to and i will gladly make the drive to winter park because they value their customers and hygiene.
First time I ate here I found a dead bug in the food. There was nothing else open so I thought to give you guys another chance. I pull up to the window and the guy says “sorry we ran out of food.” Now how is that even possible….
I’ve ordered here many times before. I normally just get tenders and fries. The tenders aren’t great, but they’re not horrible. They’re pretty small and frequently are overcooked/hard. The fries are a bit better, but seasoning is never put on them.However, I decided to order something different this time. I got the cheddar bites and the chicken sandwich. The cheddar bites were good, but the chicken sandwich was inedible. The chicken was hard and rubbery. It didn’t look pink, so I’m assuming that the meat was bad quality or it was just extremely overcooked.Definitely won’t be coming here anymore.
Worst zaxby's i have ever had. Poor cuatomer service. Cheese bites were cold. Didn't give correct sauces. I can say more but, what is the it going ro fix. Never go to this location. 2 thumbs down

I stopped into Zaxby's for lunch because I had a free sandwich via their Zaxby app. I have never used the Zaxby restaurant app since I don't go to Zaxby's that often. So when I was ready to order I asked if anyone knew how to work the app so I could get my free signature chicken sandwich . The store manager who is named Victor was able to explain how the app works and it was really simple process. Victor had really great customer service skills and he was really nice guy who knew his stuff. I have never been in this Zaxby's before and I really liked the decor it look very fancy. When I told Victor that I thought the decor was pretty lit, he went on to tell me that Zaxby's was going with a all new look @ their restaurants. He said after they remolded the store they filmed some new commercials with some actors in their restaurant that was going to be feature on TV. Which I thought was pretty cool. The signature chicken sandwich I had was so freaking delicious and so very tasty. I also had a signature flavor of Sprite that you can only find @ a Zaxby's which was called Zaxby's Fruity Fizzy Punch made with Sprite. In closing this particular Zaxby's was on point with everything thing they did which included great customer service from their manager Victor and all their employees. So if your looking for great tasting food with a side of great customer service I would go to the Zaxby's on University Blvd in Winter Park, FL.
Overall the customer service was great the manager and the drive-thru girl were extremely nice and they did their job. I did end up waiting for quite some time but the food was fresh unfortunately I was short One Wing and one chicken tender and I ended up getting literally 5 small cheese bites for $6 that's what I paid for $0.02 worth of product. We'll never be ordering from here again because of that
We ordered about $45 worth of chicken and was not impressed, the chicken could have been better since they are chain in Florida. The service was great.
