They get a 2 stars because I went through and got a big zax snak meal with a bbq sauce.. then I’m looking at my receipt and they charged me for a extra sauce and put a zax sauce in the box as well.. I asked what sauces come with the meal and he gets to listing all of them.. so I asked them why did I get charged for a sauce when I only wanted a bbq.. he talking about it comes with a zax sauce and we usually charge extra for anything else.. I said thank you I won’t be back.. Bc one what if somebody doesn’t like zax sauce.. and two you should probably announce that a sauce is going to be extra when asked for.. just weird, and makes no sense to me..

I'm over Zaxby's. For some strange reason I never get my cheese and my damn bacon when I order it. I didn't even get sauce on my sandwhich. If I could give 0 stars I would!

I tried to write my complaint into zaxby’s website but they only allow like 1 paragraph.There was literally gum in my bag of food. Not sure if someone deliberately spit it or dropped it. But I accidentally touched it when trying to combine both bags into one. I went back to drive through to tell them and there was no apology, no care in the world. They did say they’d remake it. But didn’t seem to genuinely care for what they did. I realized, most restaurants offer to refund the bill when stuff like this happens. But they only offered to take the food back and make it again. But at this point. I did not trust them to make my food. I did not want anyone to spit in my food or put more gum in it. The manager wasn’t even apologetic at all. I waved to get their attention to ask for a refund. Which to me is just common courtesy at this point. But she asked if I wanted the food to still be made. Her only concern was what to tell the people in the back. I said, “I don’t care anymore, I have zero appetite.” She said okay, and yelled for them to stop cooking. I was like.. why has not one person offered an apology or any sense of genuine customer service. They just did what robotically seemed like what they were programmed to do, the bare minimum. I’ve been eating at zaxby’s for so many years. I am really considering never going back ever again. First of all, who lets anyone chew gum in the kitchen? And who just spits gum in someone’s bag of food? This is utterly disgusting. Zaxby’s just lost a loyal customer of almost a decade.

I've seen these a lot of places I go but never tried until today. Staff was cool. Very helpful and curtious It might be because everything was fresh but it was all good food.Fried pickles were good. Not soggy like some places. Tinders and wings were really good for a fast good place. Everyone left full and happy. Which is all you want when you stop by.

I went to this location with my brother for the first time today, it was just ok, trying to open the front door it sounded like a wounded moose, might need some WD40 on that door. Anyway service was ok, ordering process was quick but had to wait about 10 min for the food itself. The fries were luke warm and not crispy at all. Chicken was hot but kinda gummy like it either wasnt cooked long enough or too much. I did like that they had a freestyle machine there. Overall my experience was just ok, could be a lot better

Fresh, hot and tasty. The drive-thru was an entirely long experience, I believe I was in line waiting not ordering my food for at least 30 minutes.

Dine in is still closed even though Google says it's open, they also turn off curbside pick up off 4 hours early per closing. The drive through wait was 25 minutes, you really don't want people to get your food don't you, rather pathetic.

The workers just give you whatever they feel you should have to eat and drink. Try following what the customer ordered. It is your job.

I am giving this location two Stars only because they were busy on the night we visited, or else it would have been one star. We were given misinformation/incomplete information on how to order. At first we were told that we could only order using the app. I can't blame this on the location but their app malfunctioned by not allowing us to use the ASAP pick up option and was giving us a pickup time of the next day. My wife went inside to show them this issue and then was told oh you could just use the drive-thru. Now using the drive-thru we were asked to move around to pick up space number one and waited there for several minutes before giving up and going inside to find out what was going on with our food. It was then determined that we were forgotten because the manager asked what we ordered and then took my receipt and handed it to someone in the kitchen to put our food together right then. When we got home we found out that the food was not correct. Edit: decided to drop this down to one star since Zaxby's decided that my two star post was not worth their time

I will be 100% hones, the day that I went to get 20 chiken wings it was not my day, however, they were relly patient with me and took care of me in a professional manner. Thanks t ok Mr. Jack who assisted me and was able to be patient with me. Excellent service and food.
