Whoever was working the drive thru on July 15, 2022 at 7:02pm needs to be retrained on their customer service skills. Her attitude was absolutely terrible, and she doesn’t need to work in customer service with an attitude like that!
not much of a fan of their food and food is too bready for me. they're buffalo wing taste good with fries on the side.
Great tasting food, hot and fresh, the chicken is well seasoned, the fries has a nice crispy crunch and a wide variety of sauces
I went through the drive thru and the lady had such an attitude. I couldn’t see the sauces so I asked which sauces she had and she kept talking over me and telling me it was right in front of me. They also did not give me any utensils or sauces so I had to directly walk back to the window which was SUCH an inconvenience that could’ve been avoided. When I went to the window the lady said “Look at this guy just walking up, I have to close my windows” when they knew I had just ordered. My order was also chicken tenders and I got a chicken wing instead which was gross. I only had 5 minutes in that drive thru and I had been rude-fully disrespected which was absolutely unnecessary.
Brought my family in for a meal. We have a 4 year old and a 10 year old. He was standing on the booth seat as I ordered food. He was with my oldest son the whole time. I was repremended by staff that can't stand on the booth seat while I wait for my food. They must not have children or understand how they can be. Soo sad. This location is not family oriented. Please also improve customer service.
After years of watching SEC football and seeing Zaxby commercials. I finally got to Florida to try it out. Its okay. A little messy, a little under staffed, normal post Covid stuff.
Went through the drive through at 7:50 orderd a 6 piece chicken plate with double fries and there is one that looks rotten and the rest taste like they were made days ago and just heated up in a microwave. Everything else was very good just wish I wouldn’t have spent so much money on the meal if I could have just gotten the chicken and a drink?
Just left the zaxbys at Millennia and my order was incorrect. The inside was closed and I had to go back through the line for the drive-thru which was such an inconvenience. Also, when my food was brought out to me because I had to wait 7mins, I asked the server if this was the zaxbys club sandwich and she told me yes which was incorrect. Basically, this whole process took about 1 hour, I do not see myself coming back to this location again.
So I don't eat here much but when I do this is the chicken they put on my plate for as much as they cost. This is why I be at Chick-fil-A. The customer services was great but don't think I'll stop here again. I come to the area 3 to 4 times a week. Food is very much important to me so the 3 stars from the great employee you had at front .
For my first time eating at Zaxby's! It was amazing the food was on point I cannot lie, thank you very much keep up the great work girls you're doing amazing!
