A huge disappointment. This restaurant is advertised as a place to get fresh fried chicken wings, fingers, sandwiches, salads, and fries. You would expect freshly made crispy crunchy fried chicken, fresh salads, etc. This is not what was delivered. The food tasted old, reheated, previously made and shoveled to the customer. It did not taste fresh and the chicken fingers were soggy, terrible. The french fries were also limp, tasted reheated, I was so disappointed that my wife and I will never get food from Zaxby's again, it was a waste of money and time.
Great service. I walked in, was immediately taken care of and order in. Plus there was no line. There’s never a line when I come here. Which my top five places to go for a delicious and quick bite to eat. Always a great experience when I stop by here as my dinner choice for the night. If you’re in the mood for some gooooood wings without that ridiculous wait then this is the spot to drive through.Picture for added point to be be made. Look good enough to eat.

Worst Zaxby's in the area. Have visted all others and this is ths only one that consistently have poor food quality and terrible costumer service. Management is the worst refuse to talk to customers intsead they yell from the background. Have received wrong orders several times as well as over cooked chicken fried so long the chicken is dry and hard. Owner always replys the genric message but nothing has or will change. This place needs a complete overhaul from Management to employees. Owner needs to seriously address reoccurring problems.
Wings cold chicken seemed to be old it has hard and asked for all flats they told me no but then I received all drums very disappointed.
I never leave reviews but was extremely bothered by my experience today. The fact that people working here are allowed to have nails long enough to stab my sauce packet (that I paid extra for and couldn’t even use because I didn’t have time to go back) is disgusting. Wings barely had any sauce on them. The lady working the drive thru was very rude and it felt like she was rushing me when I was the only person in line. It’s called fast food, not rushed food.
Service was really quick and the food was hot and tasty.
The food was great and the staff was super friendly. Overall great experience!
