I'm always looking for a good meat & seafood market. So I googled meat markets and Wild Fork came up. I took the drive to Dr. Phillips. Wild Fork is a nice market, but just not for me. I understand their concept because they ship their food everything is sold frozen. I prefer my meat & seafood fresh not frozen. Like I said this isn't for me!
The staff was very attentive and determined to share info about how they need to achieve more sales, but the swordfish we bought was flavorless and leathery.
Matthew and his fabulous customer service team go above and beyond in kindness and helpfulness.In all honesty, customer service is at an all time low no matter where I seem to go (moral and demeaner is not too pleasant) At Wild Fork, I entered and was greated with extreme kindess and immediately asked " how can we help?" They made me feel so welcome! 5 STAR ALL THE WAY!!!!
This place is wonderful. I placed an order, while a little apprehensive. Very glad I did. I got a whole bag of chicken breasts, a bag of chicken thighs, Italian sausages, all beef hot dogs, 2 Ribeyes, a baguette, and creme brulee. All of that was only about $50. Everything has been perfect in terms of quality and flavor. I can't brag about this food enough. I want, specifically, to highlight their chicken breasts: they're enormous. I don't know if these monsters were hatched near a nuclear power plant or something, but I'd like to buy ALL of them. So big, so tender, and so perfect. I love this place. Wild Fork is about to see my name pop up a lot more often. Thanks for everything.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My wife purchased a lot of items from them to be delivered and they delivered not even half of it. She called to complain and they were supposed to call her right back. Never called! She called them back and was treated with demeanor and they never gave an explanation. DON'T LET THEM STIFF YOU! JBS NEEDS TO KNOW THAT PEOPLE RUNNING THEIR BUSINESS IN FLORIDA ARE LACK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NOT RELIABLE.
We love shopping here. We were here last night 1/23 and Josh was amazing. Best customer service ever. If I didn't know any better I'd think he owned the place. Very courteous, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Great employees but the company itself has many challenges. Might want to hold off until they establish themselves better and can back the quality.
Amazing staff, I love this shop, I have shopped at 3 locations from south Florida to Central Florida. The product is great, A high quality food with amazing taste. No issues for 3 years and still going back when I need something.

This place is a complete scam! I placed an order online and never received it. When I called I received the run around five different times until they said the driver delivered the order to another person and I would need to wait longer. No apology, no attempt to resolve the issue. This company has terrible service from the delivery people to customer service representatives. First and last time dealing with such disorganization.
