I’ve heard of salty pretzels, but the thing I got here was more like a vaguely pretzel-flavored hunk of salt dough.\\n\\nThe frozen strawberry lemonade gave me vurps. Blegh.\\n\\nBut 3 stars, because what did I expect?
Terrible service. So slow. Waited 30 minutes in the scorching sun for 3 pretzels and drinks. When the order did come out it was wrong. Can’t even get a simple order of 3 pretzels and drinks right. Had to wait for the food despite it being precooked. Manager hasn’t a clue in running an efficient floor, blaming the service received on being short staffed. There was no more room for any more people in the stall! Instead of flouncing around moaning he should step up and lead the team by example not moaning and flapping around.
Can't go wrong with a buttery, warm, soft pretzel dipped in cheddar cheese! The wait wasn't too long, my food was fresh and warm, and the employees were very kind. The prices are decent for the convience of a quick snack. They offer several different flavors and types of pretzels from sweet to pepperoni along with a great variety of beverages,such as, lemonades and sodas. This is a great place to grab a nice snack while walking around and shopping at Disney Springs.

Had a pretzel with cheese and a lemonade. Tasty and good, quick service. No problems or issues and the food was good.

While the snack food is great, 3 years in a row now any item we have ordered has gone seriously misjudged for its popularity and staff aren't nearly prepared to meet the demand. 20-45min waits to get stuff you're told will only be 5-10 min
Had a small order of 2 pretzel bitzs, one pretzel dog, one large pink lemonade. Asked for glaze dip and cheese dip for the bitzs. Employees within the store (5 of them) looked like they were lost. When order was finally ready to pick up at window the lemonade was a regular, not a pink. One order of bitz was missing from bag. Walked away to go eat items ordered and discovered that the cheese dip was missing from bag. 3 mistakes, one small order. Can't imagine how many other people suffered this kind of poor service. Their pretzels are really good, but their employees need some more training.
This is the one!!! The map has it in a different location. Pretzels were hot, fresh, salty…such a great snack. My wife is now your biggest fan!
