We waited a half hour to order a pretzel dog and bites ... then they served everyone behind us ... we asked politely 3 times for our orde... waited another 30 more minutes for food...was ignored and asked for our money back , asked the manager to explain... she mixed up our order and lost the ticket... she kept saying they serve chronologically but refused to acknowledge their mistake in losing our order completely. Extremely rude and ruined my two year olds lunch who was super hungry and just wanted a hot dog. Worst Disney experience. I have literally never posted a negative review... but this was seriously the worst. I will never come back to this shop mall.
Wetzel's beats Aunt Annie's pretzels by a mile. First, they are larger. Second, they are tastier. Yes, they cost more. But I'd rather pay a little more for a truly exceptional pretzel!
This is strictly a service review. I gave my order to someone, said I would wait for fresh bits because they were just going in the oven. Waited about 10 minutes and sent my teenaged son to check on our order. I watched him be ignored twice before going up myself. The person that rang us up apparently didn’t share that someone was waiting on their order. So, 25 minutes after I ordered, I asked for my refund. The staff member offered to give me bits at this point, but I would rather go wait at a restaurant for a full meal. We’ve had no problems here before which is the ONLY reason I’m giving 2 stars.
Nice menu with pretzels and snacks and drinks. Really bad service though.
These pretzels have very good flavor, They’re not too salty, and are nice and soft. By far the best pretzels on all of Walt Disney World.
It was good, but there is something special about a mickey Pretzel!! But you cant get it here

There pretzels re VERY DRY!. i live in NJ and we have a wetzel pretzel there and let me tell you NJ wetzel pretzel taste wayyy better than florida. They are buttery and have a good taste and is soft, florida pretzels are try and not soft at all. The same with the brand Auntie Annie's pretzels, very dry, but in NJ it isnt. My sister told me that in florida their bagels and pretzels and things taste differently. idk why but if u guys want to taste a better version go to NJ!
Asked me if I wanted to sample the lemonade (fresh) before buying it, which is nice. One of the few (if not the only) place left around Disney to get a plastic rather than a paper straw.
