Vivoli il Gelato is the best place for a sweet treat on a hot day. They always have a variety of flavors so even the pickiest person will find a flavor they like. Customer service is amazing!
I couldn't decide which flavor I wanted. They have 24 flavors to pick from! In the end one of the workers Bianca, she helped me decide on the pistachio. I went with the kids size just incase I didn't like it. After the first bite, I wish I went with a bigger size lol. I'll definitely be back to try more flavors.
While it may not be authentic gelato, it’s still delicious and full of flavor. We got a cone with chocolate hazelnut and a cup of coffee. Both had a dense texture and rich flavor. My only complaint was that the cone was so thin that it was full of holes, so the gelato just melted through them and made a huge mess. We have no complaints about the staff, everyone was friendly and polite.
How can ice cream be bad? Go get some gelato from this place and you’ll find out. We had three different flavors, all of them were among the worst ice cream ever. And don’t try to try some before you buy…they don’t do that. Go literally anywhere else.
Not the standard thought of Gelato flavor or style. Wine used in the specialty drinks tastes as if it has gone bad. Will not be coming back.
We use to love this gelato! Always reminded us of eating at Vivoli in Italy. The servers were rude, looked bored, and definitely did not want to be there. New policy: no sampling! What? No sampling at an ice cream store? OK, so we picked our flavors. Well, they were way too sweet - could not even pick the flavor out after 2-3 bites, just sugar and cold was all that registered. The consistency certainly was not the magical "gelato" we have come to know and adore. Definitely will not come back!
Wish I could give 0 stars. WARNING! DO NOT BUY GELATO HERE! THE STAFF ARE EXTREMELY RUDE! And by reading the reviews, I am not the only person who has had a poor experience here. Disney Springs should think about terminating their contract with this shop. Especially since this is a reoccurring issue.
Tasted great but there was a a lady who yelled at my mom to get in line behind the rest of the people but we were there 5 minutes before them. She continued to argue with my mother and then rolled her eyes. Very overpriced as well don’t recommend. She had short blonde hair glasses and a black mask
Rudeness in a Disney park??? Here it was! Masks are the most important issue, so they bark at you and people who don’t speak the language. They rush you and sound impatient when I didn’t hear them. I am hearing impaired. Bad place. Not in tune with Mickey Mouse for sure.
They sell sugar with water, this is definitely not ice cream, and not gelato!!
