Of the 4/5 stars nearly all of it needs to go to Val our truly fabulous waitress. The front of house was a total disaster, we had to wait 40 minutes for our pre reserved table, they were so rude, not just lacking in an apology for the delay but just generally rude!. It was so busy / bad for them they’d had to recruit a girl from the pizza restaurant next door to manage the desk (she had a pizza hat on that’s how we knew!), but it was one of the guys inside that was so rude, she was just a bit clueless about what was going on, hardly her fault given she clearly didn’t work there. We did not have high hopes going in but the appetisers and entrées were delightful. Great suggestions from Val, she bought our daughter’s main out first as she could see she was young and hungry. Great wine suggestions and kept everything topped up. Just honestly a delight to speak to and actually it was one of the best meals we had in 2.5 weeks vacation. The restaurant may have just been short staffed on an exceptionally busy summer Saturday night but come on, just be polite and say hey sorry guys, running a bit behind but we’ve got you and you’re going to have a great dinner. Not we’ll text you when your tables ready please leave and stop waiting outside the restaurant. Get val on the case - I think she’ll sort it out in no time! Anyway thanks for a great meal despite the unpleasant start.

We visited VIVO for the second time (having had to wait 3 years due to the pandemic and the travel ban for international guests) and have to say what another fantastic experience; we were greeted with lots of smiles and enthusiasm and seated straight away. Our server was Sydney and she was really attentive; drinks came quickly and she happily advised on the menu and put up with our indecision as one of our daughters was not hungry so we decided to share 3 main courses Lasagne ; Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo and Lobster Ravioli all were excellent; we finished with tiramisu and Panna-Cotta which again were very good Sydney kindly boxed up the quarter of the Lasagne that was left as my daughter loved it so much she wanted it for breakfast (hey we are on holiday) VIVO has a great atmosphere, wonderful food and lovely staff we will be back and let’s hope it’s not another 3 year wait

After 2 weeks of awful and overpriced food around orlando we managed to stumble across vivo. A superb experience. The most delicious, fresh Italian food and the most professional servers. Wish we’d visited sooner so we could have done again. Thank you

Had a delicious meal here and would definitely return. My meatballs and pasta was a huge portion. Also the 2 pizzas were too big to finish and so we took the rest home. Our server was a lovely fun bubbly lady and the prices were very reasonable. Lovely friendly atmosphere with lots of space.

Average Italian food, poorly executed kitchen (long wait, cold food - sent back and microwaved - tasteless dishes), saved only by a great waiter. Poor value all in all, but I guess we should have expected no more considering its proximity to the theme parks. We will not return

Very good food, very good service by our waiter Alex and great atmosphere. Highly recommended but need to book! Tasteful decor.

You know the rare 5 star review means it must be legit. Olive oil is real. Pasta made in front of you. Cheese is quality. Sauces are scratch made. It’s the winner of CityWalk for me.

All of our food was delicious! We didn’t have reservations, but you can sit at the bar on a first come, first serve basis, and we were lucky to find four seats for us. Our bartender/waiter was great too!

We were delighted to be able to book a dinner at Vivo last night, it looked like such a great place. We arrived on time to be told our table wasn’t yet ready. We waited and were soon sat in a great little alcove booth and the charming server told us that everything was handmade on the premises. So far so good. When it came to ordering drinks there was no Pinot Grigio - sold out. We ordered our some calamari which was great but then three of the four of us tried to order pizza. It was 7.45pm and they had already sold out of all the pizza dough made that morning. My wife ordered a second drink which took a while to arrive. I ordered a second drink which never arrived. Our server was heavy on charm but light on ability. Having had several other meals out at different (and cheaper) restaurants this week I wouldn’t hurry back to Vivo.

Booked on a Friday night for a table for 3. Short delay in getting seated but after that everything was first class. Friendly waiter who was attentive but not over powering. Good menu choices. The margarita pizza was one of the best I have tasted. My wife and I had the seafood pasta and it had plenty of flavour and full of chunky ingredients. Pretty quick turnaround and probably not the type of venue to have a relaxing lingering meal but all in all a good experience.
