The wrap taste really good at first but when reach the avocado part taste rotten, and some of the lettuce too, that change the whole flavor of the wrap, and also I get a cappuccino and was just warm not hot. Customer service was nice but the only part I didn't like was that I order to go and they just put it the wrap in the counter for me. Good place an food but need to improve on those part.

Vitality Bowls is such a trendy and healthy little spot! I came here since it seemed like they could easily accommodate for a vegan diet. I landed on the Vitality Wrap without the lemon tahini vinaigrette (it contains honey) and a Matcha Tea Latte with almond milk. The girl who helped me was really sweet and well educated on the menu. She didn’t hesitate when I asked her about what was and wasn’t vegan.The wrap itself was delicious! It was pressed like a panini and was more like a yummy burrito. Since it had the vegan aioli it didn’t taste dry, and the blend of flavors worked well. The wrap was filling and contained a good blend of nutritious ingredients. The matcha tea was tasty as well.The reason for 4 stars was for another employee that worked there. She began working on my latte, then randomly stopped and started talking on her cell phone. I’m not sure if it was a work related call or not, but it felt unprofessional for her to do at the register. The employee who made my wrap ended up doing the latte. This caused a huge delay, and I waited about 20 minutes for everything. I think this is too long for quick service, and I was the only one there. There were also three staff members and a manager, so they didn’t appear to be understaffed. Still, I would like to come back and try more options since what I got was so tasty. Just be expected to wait.

I like the bowls and smoothies it just sucks that it takes 30+ minutes no matter when you go. Could easily hire 1 additional kitchen person but they don’t seem to mind - even ordering ahead and coming 30 mins later still never ready. I expressed this to the owner before but guess this is how they want it. Like today I ordered online - came in paid them. Sat there for 25 additional minutes for someone to come out of kitchen today at - sorry we didn’t know you were here?? I paid you.. in person it’s now be 35 mins for a smoothie and a bowl ..

I went in there with no other customers. Everyone else who came in after me ordered after me & got there orders before me. One of the customers who ordered after, the employee called her name out loud to get her order at the front and the whole time I’m waiting to find out what’s taking long but you can’t even ask anyone because no one is at the front at this point and when the lady comes back out from the back kitchen—she grabs my order from the shelf that was meant for pickup, when they should have called me up to get the other instead as I did not order online. I ordered in the store. When you have people walk into the store, you should also greet them. When an order is taking long for a customer who ordered before majority of the people there, tell them “hey I’m sorry for the wait” etc., then customers might give you the benefit of the doubt. Instead, the whole staff here stands in the back. On top of some of the new customers walking in—waiting 10min to order because there’s no one at the cash register. Do better.

I have been going to vitality bowls for many years but today for sure the last, what I order it was not prepare how it usually is, I called to ask if they could change it because it was honestly very bad and the girl on the phone was so rude and told me that there’s always new employees and they do it their own way and that she couldn’t do anything about it.There were chunks of graviola on a dragon fruit bowl

Horrible service!!!!! have been there many times since they opened , girl at counter/ lead was very unprofessional, spoke to someone over the phone in front of me stating she would make the bowls but did not want to. Said she was off the clock And gave very rude faces and stares. We were there before closing by minutes and door was still open and an existing customer was sitting down eating and an additional customer was being helped due to issues with his order. Very rude and uninviting. Will never visit that location again nor will we recommend as well. Owners are great. Worker needs much Customer service skills. April 6, 2022

45 minute wait after I had already ordered online and got to the restaurant on time. Honestly insane that a company will let that happen and hide behind anything they can to avoid apologizing.

Very unprofessional owners . The food is fine, not the best but owners are very unprofessional and should not be running a business. Knows nothing about customer service or how to properly treat their employees. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to eat here or work here.

I ordered bowls and waited over 45 minutes for them. If the wait is that long in the future you should let your customer know before they order.
