Being a NY resident, I don’t have a pinzaría uno around me so I went here because I missed it. Got there around 6, place had movement but wasn’t packed. Was clean, and our waiter was a nice guy. We got our drinks and appetizer quickly, mozzarella sticks were great. It’s when we got our deep dishes that let me know this place deserves 5 stars. It’s not often you hear someone say it tastes just like they remember it, but I gotta say it. It was so good. I was really surprised and sad I didn’t live by it. I hope the next time I come I get to go back, and that they’re the same.
Haven’t been to an UNO in a very long time. This location did not disappoint. I enjoyed the appetizer and the main course. We got the shrimp & crab dish also the special deep dish pizza. The margaritas were good, however, I had to go with 4 stars due to lack of attention to detail. I asked for no onions and the pizza came with what seemed like extra onions ??
I haven’t been to an UNO Pizzeria in a while and I don’t think I will be back, especially not to this location. The restaurant is located right on International Drive in the middle of a tourist area so you would think it would be maintained a bit cleaner than what it was. The dinning area and restrooms looked run down and were not as clean as expected. Plenty of parking Indoor and some outdoors seating. The food was ok, but our waiter (Gabriel) was terrible. As soon as he started greeting us and taking our order si knew it was not going to go well. He forgot 2 of the 3 appetizers we ordered, forgot 1/2 our drink orders (we were a party of 6). He didn’t check on us to see if we needed refills, at one point we had to ask the individuals who brought our food out to get us refills. He didn’t check to see if we needed anything or if we were good. Usually when I go to restaurants the staff clears some dishes and glassware when bringing new ones, for us the items just kept piling up on our table. The icing on the cake was when I asked for water and Gabriel brought me water in a broken glass, when I pointed it out to him he said “oh you broke it” and I replied “no you brought it out like that” .Overall not a great experience.
Husband and I ate at Uno's many years ago, they were located in our town. Then we moved, did not get to eat at one for years. Then I visited Orlando with my sisters, found one, and ate there. In between did not visit or live in a place that had one. Fast forward to this year, was here at a conference and saw one being remodeled, but found this one that was open. Ordered carryout, and it was just as good as we remembered. We ordered the Numero Uno 10 inch and mozzarella sticks, to go and ate in our hotel. It was more than we could eat, but still good the next day when we reheated. Nice to know there is one here, since we now live in FL, we can come back occasionally.
Wow! Best Gluten free pizza!!!! Skip all other pizza places and go here! So many options for kids burger, wings, pizza, great salads! Thank you
Great food, great staff and location.
Service & food were good, prices were reasonable
Very good food. The service was great and very quick with getting food out to us.
Great place for vacation dinner
Our waitress Cara was exceptional. Drinks were kept full and she checked on us often. The Chicago style pizza was enjoyed by my husband and cousins. I had the salmon which was cooked perfectly. My daughter really liked the chicken skewers. We ordered a variety of desserts each was excellent.
